how do you avoid getting bloated when you run anabolic steroids?
a buddy of mine when he is on them he looks like a huge guy but he's very bloated. Then he'll come off for a couple of months and he'll lose everything and be back skinny again
I’m looking to use 500mgs a week sustanon250. That is what my trainer told me to use
I’m 25 years old and 5’9’’ 201 pounds. Goal is to recomp

either you aren't using AI properly or you just are not reacting well to aromatizing compounds. sometimes you need to just avoid using anything that aromatizes

If he's using sustanon and no ai and no anti-estrogen thats why he's bloated, high estrogen and high water retention.

By using an AI and selecting non bloating AAS

You need to use an AI like aromasin at 12.5mg EOD or arimidex at .5mg EOD. Only blood work will tell you if those are the proper doses for you though.
