So I’m finishing my first eight week cycle of tren ace, stacked on top of my doc-prescribed test cyp and anastrazole. One week left.

Strength gains have been impressive. Body composition changes are good, but not amazing. I’m up ten pounds to 190, body fat is down to 12.2%. My shoulders and lats look great.

As I wrap up, I wish I could go longer, but between a week long trip to Hawaii next week for work, and TRT blood work in mid April, I just can’t.

As I transition to trt, what should I be thinking about, diet and exercise wise? Should I change macros? Should I increase cardio? What are your approaches?
 
noone here is a psychic bro... that depends on your goals... we cant tell you what those are... you just adjust according to what YOU want to accomplish

Goals...

My long term goals are getting closer and closer, thanks to this cycle. I’d like to be 200 pounds, with a bf of around ten percent. I’d like to be able to squat twice my body weight. I can do 360 now, but 400 would be the number if I meet my weight goal.

Ill be on test cyp at a low dose for a while, thanks to my TRT doc. I’ll probably aim for another cycle in July, after my next TRT bloodwork.
 
well to gain size you need to eat in a surplus but if you want to drop body fat in the process thats harder without good compounds where you can eat slightly below that will still build muscle in the process... i would consider a sarms bridge... using them is tremendous as they prevent muscle wastage and allow one to eat in a deficit, albeit a small one, and still have the capability of adding size...

That would be fine. Ostarine is very mild so I don't have an issue with people adding it into their TRT. Recommended dosage of ostarine is 25mg/day

I would add an AI to your TRT dosage. 200mg/week is a pretty hefty TRT dosage man. Some of that test is going to aromatize into estrogen without an AI
 
as much as you wish you could go longer on tren it is a horrible idea!

tren at the dosages we use it at will cause a ton of inflammation, heart strain, and other health problems.. it also will cause you to become more insulin resistant over time.

and lets not even start on the physical issues like giving you crazy strength gains which will cause over training injuries.

don't get greedy on tren, leave room for next time.. i also would recommend laying off tren for atleast 1 year everytime you use it..

nothing will seem any good if you keep abusing tren
 
Just simply go back to your normal TRT routine. Be careful not to increase calories too much after tren. You will have your cortisol levels higher as you come off so you don't want any fat gain. I would probably increase cardio a little as well. It never hurts to run some N2Guard after a cycle either. Your organs were just under a tremendous amount of stress.

you are going to lose strength when you come off androgens

if you want a linear progression this is the wrong hobby for that.. the body will never allow such a thing.. you need to accept a 3 step forward 2 step back approach to it
 
I would definitely run Cardarine in the bridge. It will help you keep the fat off and allow you to have that little bit extra when pushing in the gym. Ostarine is probably the least suppressive SARM but remember that there is also a product called Bridge. It is an amazing product from N2BM but doesn't get talked about enough. It gets lost because of the popular ones like N2Guard and HCGenerate.

In the short term? Don’t lose the strength I’ve gained or the fat I’ve lost. I’ll probably do another cycle in about four months, assuming I accomplish that.

here's what i would go with..


1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 mk2866 25 mg per day, dosed once a day in the a.m.
