Other than lowering the dose and waiting for it to subside (if it does) all you can do is treat it like you'd treat a neuropathy, a high blood sugar A1C or a carpal tunnel syndrome is it is likely a combination of all three. There is fluid retention at your carpal tunnel causing the tingling. The hgh issue is not always related to HGH use actually. Generally, numbness is from fluid pressure around the nerves but not always and many times training diet related. Obviously we can tell you drop the dose, time it better and that might work but you see that's all guess work.

- It will take 15-20 minutes max.
