can i lower my protein intake to 2 scoops per day of ON Gold Standard whey? Im using 5-8 now. have a budget issue and want to know what I can or cant do
It's called a supplement, it's to supplement your diet, not be your diet. Go to the grocery store, find the $2.00/lb chicken breast, now you have yourself about 25 grams protein, 120 calories and 50 cents a 4 oz serving.
5-8 scoops per day, tells me that you probably aren't eating enough whole food. What does the rest of your diet look like? I've only ever done one shake per day, but I get in plenty of lean meats, egg whites, etc...
first things first... you need to get rid of the brand your taking asap... its very low quality and the fact your taking that much in of that low quality makes it even worse... it seems your a bit too reliant on your whey... i have no problem with taking in large amounts of it but 8 scoops is quite a bit... try whey to build muscle at n2bm... also, you need to do some work on your diet... im not sure what it consists of but it clearly needs some work...
Its been said already but i cant stress enough that whole food is the way to go there is no replacement for food you should be getting 95% of your protein from chicken, beef, and fish its the only way to grow
