Anyone on this forum you would recommend on coaching and advice in bodybuilding eg diet, finding the right routine for me and cycle layout and if so what is the cost in Aus dollars I'm loving my gym and doing okay just think the advantages of having someone to guide me through to it could save me on alot of mistakes I'm not out to compete just want to see if a guru is in my budget.

I appreciate you saying that but I honestly don't feel like I should be even mentioned in the same sentence with those guys : )
I think they are light years ahead of me in knowledge, experience and all that stuff.

you haven't been here long but based on how hard you work on here and how much you suck up knowledge, if you keep going the way you are you will be 10X smarter than I am. the nice thing about this game is everyday you can learn something new.

I do online skype consultations where we talk things over and figure out where you been and where you are going, i find most guys are simply off track and my goal is to get you back on track ASAP so you can achieve your goals, anyone is welcome to get in touch with me for a consultation via skype 1 hour for $99 and 30 minutes for $59..

but i am not the person to come to if you need a written out diet and workout plan. I don't believe in doing those cause 99% of the time it is just copy/paste shit that coaches give to every one of their clients. so be careful not to pay hundreds for a cookie cutter plan. palumbo, jerry ward, and other online coaches have been busted pulling that shit and another example of laziness, their plans will not work on 95% of people.. i'm also not the person to come to if you need contest prep so you can peak on X day, for that i recommend muskate.

I am a numbers guy. If you want someone to put together an actual diet, cycle lay out and workout program for that has actual food amounts listed, exercises to do, drugs to take etc. then I am your man.

If you want a Skype call to pick someone's brain for an hour, then hit up Steve.
 
Anyone who doesn't know me I am a more like evidence/research based guy who combines this information with practical experience and knowledge.
I don't necessarily give out cookie cutter programs when it comes to training and nutrition. These are things I like to customize based on the individuals experience and goals and possible limitations (time and injuries for instance). What I like to do is I assess the progress on weekly basis or more often if required and adjust it based on the biofeedback of that individual.

Obviously there are certain things that I like to keep static or instance when it comes to training the focus is going to be on the basic heavy movements and stuff like this.

But like I said I'm in a completely different league than these other guys and I actually feel kinda bad when these guys keep throwing me under the bus lol :D
