Following to see how this goes for you. My wife just started Ret and just took her 3rd shot. She started at 2mg and then bumped to 4mg this shot. She hasn't felt anything until now. She thought maybe after being on the Sema and switching and being overweight a lot she needed more to get rid of the food noise. She feels it now and likes it because it doesn't come with the sides like Sema did with the digestion issues.

I like to thank @ZenithHealth for letting me log his Reta. I just started 1 week in, dosing at moment is 1.5mg a week with daily injections. Adding 2ml to the 20mg Reta, it mix very well and quickly. After the 1st week food focus is slightly reduced. Still eating 5 times day getting them down.

Interested is seeing how this compares with Sema I used from @ZenithHealth. Starting BTW 113.7kg/250lbs.

Daily dose is 0.35mg a day. For 2.5mg a week

Im really interested in how this works out for you, because im thinking about running reta myself at some point to gain an edge in fat loss, good luck on the log and jounery brother
