Retatrutide - it’s the real deal

This is what intrigued me about it.

agonist for the estrogen-related receptor (ERR

Other than the fact it boosts cognitive function and energy production along with a mlte positive wellbeing along with increased metabolism and fat loss.

I never got the energy boost from sr9009, i thought when i got into my cut, combine gw with slu pp 332 and run a log and see if i geg good results with it, for competing if i cam use those instead if clen and other harsh methods, id feel more comfortable. I have a sense of dred thinking about diuretics and clen.
I really like GW, i'm still using the ones i got in my log.
but i don't use it consistently. i will use it off and on and run it ahead of a workout, so more for endurance and not fat loss.

Yeah i tend to cycle it once or twice a year max, mostly when im cutting for that extra boost.

whats the highest you guys have run reta? im currently doing 1.5mg a week now on growth phase for health benefits, bloods and insulin sensitivity keeping me lean while growing, when i was dieting down i used 1mg a week reta ad like 300mcg a week sema for the appetite and worked real nice, the mrs is on 2.5mg reta a week and working nicely

Honestly the more I see people talking about how great Reta is, the more I see the prices from my suppliers go up.

I'm going to have to start spreading some FUD about how it made my dick fall off or something :ROFLMAO:

FYI, Reta + Tren = Bonkers physique.

I stopped at 1.5mg a week. I can’t imagine even thinking of eating at a higher dose. I know Steve and others are concerned about long term side effects and I agree it’s still a big unknown but when I see people on any of the glp1s taking 10mg+ doses it’s crazy to me.

Everything could/can have a side effect but if you keep it at a very reasonable dose you are mitigating the risk.

One of my fav people on tiktok Dawson Weiss (formerly DTREN) I chat with he’s at 6mg a week and he looks insane.

im still on 1.5mg and its been working great so i have no reason to up it, wont be prepping until next year so hopefully by then we learn some more haha

its social media

they exagerate, lie and say whatever to get clicks. bostin lloyd used to say that people needed to use 4-5grams of gear a week, he did it for clicks and it worked. the strategy of gaining followers by saying or doing outrageous things is the way many market themselves.

100% agree, the studies slowly coming out about the abuse of it and it causing low bone density and muscle loss. And 6mg a week is GH type of money 🤣
yeah a lot of people on semaglutide dont train or take anabolics etc, they just eat less shit food so basically they waste away, crazyness

The ozempic sides, semaglutide sides are mainly due to bad eating habits.
You can see in @Likwid log, proper use of psyllium and proper dosing helps a lot.

Without training, high protein and digestive aids, semaglutide is hard to use.

Yea so many people think you can keep eating shit food while on ozempic.

You can and you will lose weight because you feel full or nauseous. Then you have to keep jacking up doses you continue with weight loss. It’s a vicious cycle.

Small doses with a good diet and training it’s a wonder drug and can be used safely. Retatrutide is the king of them all though.

I had DEXA scans in 3 different time periods.

Near the end of a bulk cycle, after being injured for a year but losing a bunch of weight from Ozempic and NOT eating enough protein, and then again after losing more weight but doing a recomp cycle.

Lean Mass (Fat mass) in Pounds
End of Bulk (pre Ozempic): 183 (64)
After being Injured (on Ozempic, not enough protein): 152 (53)
After Recomp cycle (on Ozempic, not enough protein): 169 (23)
After Recomp cycle (lower Ozempic, enough protein): TBD!

Will be getting another DEXA after this recomp.

Just goes to show.... Gotta feed the body

for those just reading the convo, @Likwid has a log up here https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/threads/likwid-2024-2025-diet-and-cycle-log.102254/, he's had an amazing body transformation , true champion at heart, real EVO family brother ;)

They are going in stages of efficacy and improvements, etc...

I sat in on a multitude of conferences at the A4M this year and some other biohacking conventions and have also had some pretty in depth discussions with some of the best naturopathic doctors in the world and have gotten a ton of insight on GLP-1 Agonists and in depth analysis and understanding of the main three, ozempic, mounjaro and now retatrutide...

in short, mounjaro (tirzepatide) has the added GIP receptor which makes it stronger than ozempic (semaglutide) but then retatrutide goes one step fruther and you get the following three...

  • GIP (Gastric Inhibitory Polypeptide) receptor
  • GLP-1 (Glucagon-Like Peptide-1) receptor
  • GCG (Glucagon) receptor

Heres a recent 48 week trial that was done on people with obesity, or overweight with weight-related conditions—except type 2 diabetes.

Here are some ACTUAL study data showing the downside that has been seen with it so far

In clinical trials, retatrutide has shown promising results for weight loss, but like any medication, it comes with potential side effects and considerations. Phase II trial results did include data on adverse events:

  • A significant percentage of participants (73% to 94%) reported adverse events while taking retatrutide, particularly in the higher 8-mg and 12-mg groups.
  • The most commonly experienced side effects were gastrointestinal issues, including nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, and constipation.
  • Digestive side effects mainly occurred during the dose escalation phase and were mostly mild to moderate in severity—lower starting doses seemed to lessen this severity.
  • There were slight increases in certain digestive enzyme levels, such as amylase and lipase. But there was only one reported serious case of pancreatitis.
  • Participants taking higher doses of retatrutide experienced an increase in heart rate during the first 24 weeks, after which it decreased.
  • No serious cases of low blood sugar or significant complications like thyroid cancer were reported among participants.
  • Some individuals (7% of those on retatrutide compared to 1% on placebo) experienced skin sensitivity, but these cases were not serious.

There is a firm belief it will eventually get through trials and be on bigger than the others and with the amount of money in this market now, i would venture to guess that to be true.. i will be doing a TON more in terms of discussion and study on it along with all GLP-1's and have been developing a significant amount of knowledge base on them because there are some pretty insane comments and opinions out there amongst media, social media etc. that are just insanely off base and non factual so it can be difficult to sift through the bull shit but im on it!
