I am 45 yrs old . Been working out of and on been working out last one yr regularly. Had great results bulking up naturally. I am 215 ,,,, well here comes the prob with 20% body fat . I am doing 30 minutes cardio 3 times week . Going to gym 6 days a week . One of my friends advise to run deca n test cycle for 4 weeks .which is 100 mg deca and 250 mg test a week I am in it for 2 weeks I am getting great size . I have 2 more weeks to go . PLEASE advise what PCT should I run . And I love e to run a cutting cycle after this . Any Advise will be appropriated greatly .
I have clean diet running multivitamin. BCAA , l glutamine.

bro imo if you're 20% bodyfat dont go for steroids...sarms and diet...until you're ready for aas....
 
Dude, you are only running deca for four weeks? Also, what sort of test are you running? That's a low dose for bulking and if it's Test Cyp (or Test E) then none of your gear is going to really take effect in that time span. At four weeks the Test Cyp will just be starting to be effective.
 
Thanks Splat . Honestly I don't have any clue what I am doing with it .... but fortunately I found this forum where ppl like to help please advise me what should I run if I am not asking for toomuch of you time .been natural all my life but never satisfied with results. Please help
 
Have you already started your cycle?

I'm not sure you should mess with Deca your first time around. The reason I say this is because you need to know what your sides are going to be from Test first. Then on your second cycle if you experience new sides, you know it's from the deca.

Further more, you probably need some sort of AI, like adex or aromasin. I've used adex before and I just got a bottle of aromasin, which is supposed to be better for cholesterol.

Your first cycle should be something like this:
Pre week 1 - get your blood work done so you know what your 'regular' values are (test, e2, cholesterol, liver values, etc)

Week 1-10 (or 12 or 14):
500 mg of test Cyp/Test E (either one shot or two - two is probably better to keep your blood levels stable).
.25 of adex every other day (you might need a little more, a little less, it's best to get your blood tested mid cycle).

Two weeks after your last injection you start your PCT:
Nolva or Chlomid (or both - in fact, if you look up on this website they have the 'perfect PCT'), 40 mg everyday for the first week, then 20 mg for the next two.

Wait a month and get your blood rechecked

I'm not an expert, so do your research first and take what I say with a grain of salt.

Damn, I wish you would have posted before you started. 20% body fat it to high for AAS. Sarms and clean is definitely the answer to lose bf and recomp.
 
I am only in it for a week . Aggirl is it too late already or can I stop it n take your advise n follow . Test cycle later on . Please advise

I believe this is right. I would drop cycle immediately and start HCGenerate. Should probably have aromasin on hand for any rebound.
 
And spend more money on PCT and cycle support (aromatase inhibitors, etc) than gear for your first cycle. We don't want you getting gyno and/or not keeping your gains.

Also, maybe incorporate some HIIT or LISS at the end of each training day. That will help get your BF% down a little.

Too many shakes and protein bars. Not enough lean meats, and you have no green veggies in there.
 
As for diet. ...I hate to say this but your diet is sloppy. And in my opinion far to may shakes and supp bars.

You need to get some carbs in there preworkout and the 8 or 12 grams in your prework shake isn't cutting it. Quite frankly could definitely get a good high quality carb and protein meal in preworkout...maybe oats and eggs....Ezekiel bread and eggs. I'm just throwing ideas out there.

Also the eggs and egg whites are good but I prefer you cook them.

Try grinding your post workout oats and adding them to your post workout shake and literally drink that bad boy before you start your car at the gym postworkout.

What kind of brine is your tuna in?

Quest bars are alright for emergencies....but while food is definitely far better...and at 3 bucks a bar. Far cheaper.

Check out a better quality protein...cellucor has lots of added ingredients. The guys swear by n2bm protein. I like isopure zero carb for cutting.

I would prefer to see you eat a max of 40gs of protein at each meal rather then 50 or 60 grams at a clip.
 
everyone is right.. if you simply cleaned up your diet you would drop body fat quick.

a lot of people and I don't mean this in a bad way but its true.. they don't know HOW to eat clean. they watch too much commercials with athletes pushing fast food and pizza.. I mean does anyone really think peyton manning eats shitty $9 papa johns shit pizza? or Michael Jordan eats big macs?

Just looking at your proteins OP. Do you take a casein shake at night before bed? Try the heliogen casein from protein factory, it's amazing. And try mixing in some bio-serum 1,also from PF.com, into your post-workout shake. It made a world of difference to me since serum albumin protein is basically the Mecca of proteins

Getting under 15% BF is pretty easy with just diet and exercise man, just takes consistency and time.. You are going to get tired of those shakes your brain is going to want real food to chew. Once your diet is in check its alllll about consistency
 
If you've gained weight in two weeks it's just water. But be sure to use caber man. You're bf is also too high to safely do a cycle. I would be careful.

ditch half the shakes in favor of real food. Start to carb cycle or go low low carb 2-4 days a wk.
 
Hello everyone , Need help on running winstrol depot in cycle ....... I am running cycle with Test E,Boldenone, winstrol depot. I have pinned Test e 250 alone for first week twice. Then I am in seconed week pinned Twice Test e 1ml 250 mg ... 200 mg Boldenone eod total of 600 mgs .
Now I have winstrol depot 100 mg 2 ml single injectable .... question is how much should I run a week for 5 weeks towards end of cycle .
Any advise will be appriciated. I have Hc generate and clomid for pct.

Without me being picky, 50mg a day is decent.. I would look at a stronger pct

Nolva, Aromasin.. Check out that search function and type perfect pct.. Good reason behind it..
 
Deca isn't giving you much in two weeks. It is really a long ester that for most doesn't kick in until sometime in the third week. At the dosage you are on, I cannot imagine it having much impact at all. It sounds to me like one of your goals is to continue pulling off BF. Tight diet... and I would push the cardio up some.

There are some good ideas in the other replies to your post on more complete cycles so I won't go there... but generally the simpler you keep the cycle the better the results, PCT, and happier athlete.
