I am 45 yrs old . Been working out of and on been working out last one yr regularly. Had great results bulking up naturally. I am 215 ,,,, well here comes the prob with 20% body fat . I am doing 30 minutes cardio 3 times week . Going to gym 6 days a week . One of my friends advise to run deca n test cycle for 4 weeks .which is 100 mg deca and 250 mg test a week I am in it for 2 weeks I am getting great size . I have 2 more weeks to go . PLEASE advise what PCT should I run . And I love e to run a cutting cycle after this . Any Advise will be appropriated greatly .
