POST workout proteins

I have a strict schedule now, so I can't eat well post workout. Need something all liquid/pills. Right now, I take dspark preworkout and post-workout, with a whey protein shake, what is the best addition to this? I have about $150 on my budget right now
 
post workout dspark with some whey and dextrose and n2slin...i hit that all the time bro....
 
You could also add some N2bm gear to that as well, but I highly suggest getting in a good whole food meal as soon as you can post workout
 
get whey isolation at n2bm... its an extremely high quality isolation protein, which is integral post workout... n2slin is always good post workout, especially if you are taking in carbs which i assume you are... add gw-501516 and n2slin pre workout as well... that's a great pre workout stack... www.sarms1.com for your gw and www.n2bm.com for everything else...
 
n2slin and dextrose (20g) and then 20g of waxy maize too. those will be your fast/slow carbs.

GEAR (amino pill) would be nice if theres rooom in the budget.
 
I love ntbm GEAR supplement but its been put of stock for long.Wonders when they will re stock it...I am running low on it.

Dspark and n2slin pre-workout and whey to build muscle with dextrose and creatine post workout
 
My vote goes to real eggs, with $150 and a costco membership you would have protein to last you the year.

You cant beat real fod for whole protein daily or nictronutrients, agreed.

But supplements are better than food when you want to get amino acids and protein synthesis up quickly.
