Pre contest macro ratios

Cyborg Humanoid Brother
16 weeks out at the moment. Diet will be begin at 14 weeks out
Macros will be 360carbs 400protein and 50fats

Sitting at 8% at the moment and have yet to introduce cardio. I'm keeping carbs high around training and will be dropped after post workout meal. I am an ecto so I keep carbs high and still stay lean. Its WBFF muscle model so its not crazy shredded like bodybuilding.

Any input would be greatly appreciated
 
With 14 weeks to go, you are in damn good shape already bro. That's a nice benefit to have, since you can take it nice and slow with tightening up more. Macros look pretty good to me to start out. Hell, you probably won't need much cardio, if any, at all
 
You are in amazing condition at 16 weeks out, and I really like your macro split. I do a similar approach. I like keeping my carbs higher with fats low. Works like a charm to me. You have more than plenty of time to drop at a nice slow and steady pace, so no need to do anything crazy. Every two to 3 weeks drop a little bit more of the carbs off, and you could even spare a little of the protein as time goes on since you have it so high. However for now, that looks like a great plan to start. If you decide to start cardio, start very low. You won't need very much cardio at all through this. I wish you the best of luck man! Stats. Weight 208lbs height 5'10" bf is 8%

Hold more fat in quads and lower back so I always have abs. Can see vastus lateralis, medialis, but rectus femoris and sartoris still look like one so will get them separated.

Once I get some form of base tan (Irish) I will upload some pictures

make sure you are keeping your sodium low and you are using the sauna etc... you want to keep water off and melt fat etc... have you thought about implementing gw-501516 to your cycle to enhance your cardio? you will be able to get max results from everything your doing by implementing it brother... i train athletes for this daily bro... just let me know how i can help...

I will have the help from 2 friends who have competed in bodybuilding by this is more similar to physique. Training wise I'm happy and making good progress. Diet wise I do need to clean it up but I'm still 17weeks out (16weeks really as I want to be ready a week earlier)

I have an active job so cardio is a last resort which I don't mind doing but have had no need to introduce it yet.

Currently on test and NPP. At 14 weeks out (2 weeks time) I will be lowering test to 200, adding masteron enanthate @ 500mg initially and tren ace @300 while lowering NPP to 300

6 weeks out I will be dropping NPP, keeping test low, upping masteron to 700, tren to 400 and adding anadrol @ 100mg

Will be playing by ear from there but will be dropping anadrol the last week and adding halo for the last 12days.

Carbs are high @ the start and will gauge my bodies reaction but I always respond well with high carbs and tren
