Test e for about 18 weeks @ 500 mg (2015)
Sus 500 NPP 300 24 weeks(2016)
superdrol 30 mg 6 weeks (2008)
phera plex & superdrol 2009 can’t remember what dosage i took
but I at the end of my senior year in 09 I got pinched for selling and was arrested which really messed me up cause I couldn’t do my pct which led to me getting gyno..
I ran into alittle issue with it while on my test npp cycle along with some prolactin issues but I took caber and aromasin and it cleared up to where it was around previously
I’m currently eating around 3000 calories
295 grams of protein
350 carbs and 100 g fat
I’d be lying if I said I hit that goal every day but I come very close. Some days im way over in my calories others im just a little under.
My diet consists of a lot of eggs, red meat, sweet potatoes, baked potatoes, and fish. I also take a mass gainer daily and casein at night
I try to carb load before my workouts as I work out at night when I get out of work around 9pm. I would say im somewhere around 13-16 % body fat. I sleep well at night.
I was planning on running another 20 week run. I originally was going to run my test at 500 but I was thinking maybe I should see what 400 is like after my blood work and see what I can reap from that.. less is more? Also I wanted to kick it off with superdrol again for the 4 weeks or so before the enathate starts working.
I still consider myself very much a noob to gear and would really appreciate feedback fellas. Thanks
