Pre show protocols

What do you competitors drop out of your aas regimen as the show approaches? I've been told to make sure to drop gh 2 weeks before as well as long ester test, but other then that there's so many theories. Does anyone do any suspension pre show? I was thinking the last week to only use proviron, and winny tabs. How about tren, prop and mast? Run it up to the show?

I highly recommend hiring a coach to help you if this is your first show. Peaking properly can make the difference between first and second.

2 weeks out you want to drop HGH and long esters

1 week out you want to drop short esters

You can keep taking things that do not cause water retention right up until show day. Things that cause water retention like testosterone you would not want to take before your show because it'll blur definition.

You can check out my website trevordietcoach.com if you want to check out my personalized coaching options.

clearly water is the last thing you want or anything causing water near your competition... thats rather common sense... anything dry that is profound... tren, halo, masteron, winstrol... im NOT saying to run them all together either, these are just examples of the best for pre competition

I drop whatever MY COACH tells me to drop.....usually oils a couple weeks out but it's more about what we drop in the nutrition protocol.

Hire a coach.

Like the guys said if you've never done a show prep before it's best to get a hold on someone who's an expert on this area and has done it himself successfully.
Even then it's usually pretty much trial and error at the beginning until the coach learns your body and how it works.

I am not a coach but I will tell you that I hear very often how guys look amazing a week or 2 before the show and then fuck with everything just to look flat on show day. Of course changes need to be made but don't try and reinvent the wheel. I agree with the idea of hiring a coach.
