I have a protein shake, followed by ground oats with whey iso 30-45min later. Workout. Post workout shake with whey iso, glutamine, creatine. Brown rice with ground chicken (recently found out its thigh, which explains why it's so delicious....screw it though, I have to have one savory meal...). A few hours later I have a chicken breast with brown rice and veggies. A few hours after that I have a chicken breast with veggies NO rice. Right before bed I have cottage cheese and peanut butter.
On my weekends I have mussels with whole grain noodles.
I was doing a 5 day split for each body part.
The last 3 weeks I've been doing a 6 day split. Ks98's specifically.
