How long? 12 weeks max. Its not liver toxic but it will suppress you (at least it did for me) so you wouldnt use longer than 12 weeks. You wouldnt take it stand alone either.

You can run it 12 weeks or so but 25mg isn't really worth running.

Also no steroid will make you taller. You get what you get with genetics

Not that this matters to your question but you could run 25 mg forever without it being "toxic”. Proviron is a mild drug. You be worse of taking 3 Tylenol a day than 25mg of proviron, imho.
