I emailed them 3 days ago and got a response in under 24 hours. Hopefully you're lined out by now.

That is odd. Have you tried shooting Vision a pm yet? Or one of the other guys?

Right...i usually get a responce within 24hrs...and for vision not to repond seems fishy...
I had an issue dating back about a week. I wont devulge it on here so dont ask.

Again I will say I was on vacation up North for the weekend where the wife and I went to a show.. I do have a life..
Please do not attach any words that would insinuate suspect or scandalous behavior. The word fishy is simply your subjective opinion on something. I told you we were looking into the matter.. the boys worked very hard here, with that said on the weekends we like a little r&r..
Even if the other Representatives have been contacted you will not receive an update until the next authentic business day "Monday".. please cut me some slack I break my fucking balls here.

No disrespect intended...
Im spoiled because the reply is typically sent within a few hrs 24 at the latest. It was the combination of PSL not responding and Vison not responding combined with the issue i was having all just seemed odd.
I understand its not amazon...like i said im just accustom to getting a reaponse the same day

The reason i thought the email was down on there end is some messages i recieve from them seem automated...and i never recieved any, then sent an email during the week and it wasnt reciprocated.
"Fishy" wasnt to impose scandalious behavior. Fishy meant perhaps something was going on over at PSL as to why a response wasnt given yet, thats all
