1-4 weeks - 350mg Cypionate + 200mg DHB + 100mg NPP + 20mg Rad-140 before workout
5-8 weeks - 350mg Test E + 300mg DHB + 100mg NPP + 40mg Anavar a day (Split 20-20)
9-12 weeks - 400mg Test E + 150mg Tren E + 150/200mg Masteron E + 40mg Anavar a day (Split 20-20)

Provironum 25mg a day through out the cycle.
Exemestane 12.mg Mon, Wed, thursday.

Bro fees wouldn't be my biggest worry when importing gear. I'd be more worried about getting it seized at the border and having the cops show up at my door.

We have 3 Canadian approved sources in this forum. Why not just play it safe and order from one of them?

Fam, do you guys have any suggestion on this?
Caber would be added later if needed, but the hard part is to get Exemestane, and I don't want to kill E2 completely with Arimidex.
Also I might switch to shorter ester in the last phase, all depends on availability.

I'm planning to start it soon. Planning to run 200mcg day and night.

What are the other improvements needed in the cycle?

Peptidewarehouse sells junk peptides bro. Their stuff is straight garbage. You can get peptides from Nordic Fusion for sure. Not sure about the other approved sources.

I used to get lower back pain too when I'd work on my knees hunched over for a long time at work. Training back extensions, reverse hypers, and weighted candlesticks really helped me a lot.

Running deca that low while talking about back pain and then tossing in BPC 157 at random is not a real plan, it’s patchwork. Desk job or not, you need structure, not just “I’ll feel better day by day.” Recovery peptides can help, but if the base cycle, diet, and training aren’t locked in then you’re just spinning your wheels.

If you’re serious, put this into a log. Post weights, food, cycle details, and how the back is responding. That’s how you’ll actually get solid feedback and improve, instead of guessing with scattered doses. EVO family will support you and takes 15min to do it. @erebusnyx you dont need the gear to start.

Why is a Log Journal important?

• Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
• Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
• The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
• Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:

• Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
• It will take 15-20 minutes max.
• We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
