PSL payment issue

This is partly a rant but also an issue that I would like a dress with a PSL rep and hear some feedback from other members about their experience with transferring money via W.U. I'm new here but I've reading and following for quite some time. I have ran several cycles in the past and am on TRT presently and looking to continue the transformation of my mind and body.

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago with AShop and their receiver reached their transaction limit and couldn't pick up my payment. I got a refund and decided to give PSL a try since I heard good things here and they have domestic shipping. So, I placed my order last week and promptly sent the payment Sunday. I understand this was Christmas week but why am I just today being told today they can't pick up the money? I'm very nervous about getting yet another refund and sending it AGAIN overseas. Bitcoin isn't really an option because Coin Mama isn't available in my area, I don't have a bank account for Coinbase, and live in a very rural area and can't find anyone to buy with cash.

Is this payment thing a common occurrence? I'm very paranoid about this already but now I'm very much so. Also, now it will be sometime next week before the money gets picked up and will most likely be yet another week before I get my package (assuming I do, at all). I would be a very good customer but am not being given the opportunity to prove this and am becoming very disillusioned by this whole process. I literally could have driven to Mexico in the two weeks I've been trying to get this gear... And had much less of a headache and paranoia doing so.

Hey man. What happened to your payment? Did you leave it in US dollars because you’re supposed to. Don’t let WU exchange the currency. I sent my payment on a Tuesday (dec 18th i believe) they picked up the money on Thursday (saying they would ship within 3 working days and within 5 Working days they’d send me a tracking number. Well my product was received on the following Monday (December 24th). That’s pretty good so it took 6 days to get my package after sending my money through western union.

I stopped using WU a while back once i figured out how to use bitcoins. it is quite a hassle on both ends. i know you don't have a bank account or what not but you can easily open one up either by going to a branch or over the phone. it will save you a lot of hassle down the line and you save 10% too

all these types of transactions will be bitcoin in the future, so as much as it is a pain to learn something new you should just do it to save headaches IMO

I'm assuming their receiver maxed out on transactions because they asked me to change the name. I'm mostly upset because I sent the money Sunday and don't get told anything until Friday, them have to drive 30 min to change the name, now expect to wait another week to process the payment, and I had plans to start the new year off with a bang and it's not looking good at this point.

Yeah, I know. And, I feel partly to blame because this probably would've have been much more streamlined had I used BTC. I have used it in the past, I have a wallet, but I also lived in the city and had no problems tracking some down for cash. However, thus far I'm not very impressed with the customer service and my emails and payment updates have been almost completely unresponsive. I'm willing to give them another shot after this if the rest of my order gets processed in a more timely fashion. I'm understanding because it's Christmas, but in China?

They're not Chinese.
