Recommendations for cycling DHT gel

@IdkBruh I dont recommend DHT gel and how do you figure it would reduce gyno? that makes no sense.

I mean honestly there’s not much to log about. I already said I’m about 180 pounds, 5’ 11”, early to mid 20s. I don’t take anything else in terms of steroids, nor do I really want to take any more. I only want a bit of DHT out of desperation. Only thing I take are some basic supplements like vitamin Bs, D, Zinc, etc. I used to work out a bit but with negligible results, but I’m also in school now so I don’t really work out that much right now unfortunately. I go to sleep and wake up at pretty standard times with an average of about 7 to 8 hours of sleep. I took a blood test for testosterone a few years ago but it came back “normal.” It still doesn’t necessarily mean my DHT is normal though, nor does “normal” even really mean normal in this day and age.

I will gladly post a status update every so often, but I need to recommendations on how to cycle it.

But I already just explained it for the most part, didn’t I? Aside from diet I suppose, which in that case is just pretty average too honestly. I don’t eat restaurant fast food very often, maybe the occasional pizza place once or twice a month. Maybe something sweet once or twice a day, sometimes no sweets at all in a day which I’m trying to do more consistently but is difficult for me. But for the most part it’s just whatever is available, a lot of yogurt, sandwiches, fruit like a banana or avocado, chicken, cheese, even frozen pizza, etc. I guess I’d consider myself a bit of an over-eater since I like eating food to de-stress, and sometimes I stress-eat. But my metabolism is decent enough to keep me in a more or less healthy range at 180 pounds for my height at 5’11”despite that. I really don’t know what else to say in that regard.

I guess to also elaborate on what exercising I do, it’s mostly just weight and strength training. I try to hit every muscle but mostly try to focus on chest (especially because of the gyno, but it doesn’t seem to help much) and shoulders. Will hit legs occasionally with friends. Sometimes I even go to the gym’s sauna and/or do cold showers. But again, I haven’t been training too often lately. I used to do it 4 or 5 times a week especially last summer, but now it’s maybe literally like once a week if even. I actually want to start doing it again consistently though and try to get back to at least 3 times a week. But again, the DHT gel has nothing to do with it tbh. I’m fine with lackluster muscle growth, as long as I don’t have any gyno and can grow a nice beard. I just want to feel comfortable in my own skin.

I used to try to do a bit of cardio by running around my block. I was able to do maybe 2 miles by the time I felt like I was dying. I haven’t done it in a while, but I do get some cardio in even just by walking around my university all day and avoiding all elevators. Still feel out of breath even just walking up a couple flights of stairs lol.

Let me know if I need to provide anything else. I guess I just don’t know just how much information is expected for a log on this forum especially for someone who isn’t taking steroids nor is taking weight training too seriously right now since that’s what other logs mostly seem to focus on.

I don't have to accept anyone's anything, if you could read properly I wasn't the one who said anything about the goals you have in place.

You come here asking for help and got a bit of an attitude when someone questioned you, spend less time getting offended and more time asking questions and getting proper answers.

Majority on here have decades worth of knowledge and experience, so if they question something it's for a good reason.

He didn’t question me, he straight up said my reasons aren’t legitimate. I have quite a bit of research on the subject of facial hair under my belt myself, so I have good reason as well to believe in what I’m doing, not to mention years of living in my own skin and self analyzing. But alright, let’s put this behind us. I don’t really want to argue either, but his comment just rubbed me the wrong way.
