I mean honestly there’s not much to log about. I already said I’m about 180 pounds, 5’ 11”, early to mid 20s. I don’t take anything else in terms of steroids, nor do I really want to take any more. I only want a bit of DHT out of desperation. Only thing I take are some basic supplements like vitamin Bs, D, Zinc, etc. I used to work out a bit but with negligible results, but I’m also in school now so I don’t really work out that much right now unfortunately. I go to sleep and wake up at pretty standard times with an average of about 7 to 8 hours of sleep. I took a blood test for testosterone a few years ago but it came back “normal.” It still doesn’t necessarily mean my DHT is normal though, nor does “normal” even really mean normal in this day and age.@IdkBruh I dont recommend DHT gel and how do you figure it would reduce gyno? that makes no sense.
