I just don’t really want to use any complicated methods just yet. If I get to the point where I’m REALLY desperate and my current plan doesn’t work, then sure I may consider it.

Yes, I am trying to cut down on the sugary foods and carbs. Am I not allowed to eat any such foods while on the cycle or is it only just recommended? I have no clue since I’m still new to this.

Also, you mean I should upload a literal journal update every day on what I’ve done? I see now, I didn’t understand that at first. Problem is that I’m sort of busy with school and stuff, but I’ll see what I can do. I may start one tomorrow then.

I may upload a censored picture of my face soon. Give me a day or two. It’s not 100% barren of any hair, it’s just very very sparse, and lacks coverage on some areas.
@IdkBruh yes cutting down the foods is important especially the sugars etc
you should update journal every few days if you can, daily is best, but start every other day updates

Log update 4/3/24 & 4/4/24

4/3/24
Woke up 8:00 AM

Breakfast:
Ate 2 pieces of toast for carbs (typically eat eggs but we ran out)
Some cheese for a bit of protein

Workout:
Right after breakfast
6 continuous pull-ups. 2 more sets of 3 pull-ups between other reps. (Yes I know, kinda weak)

4 sets bench press
25s (on both sides) for 12 reps for warm up
35s for 10 reps
40s for 8 reps
45s for 4 reps.

4 sets incline bench press
20 lb dumbbells for 12 reps
30 lb for 10 reps
40 lb for 6 reps
50 lb could only get one

p.s. I’ve been able to do a bit more weight/reps for all of these workouts in the past, but since I’m not as consistent right now, it’s lower. Plus, the weather has been bad lately so that contributed to some tiredness.

Immediate post-workout lunch:

A sandwich with ham and cheese.
I usually do a protein shake but I didn’t for some reason this day

Lunch:
A cup of Chobani yogurt
A banana

Dinner time:
5 or so pierogis

Didn’t sleep too well, probably from academic stress. Fell asleep around 2 am or so and woke up at 7 am.

No workout, have an earlier class.

Breakfast:
Just toast again, still out of eggs :(
Some cheese for protein again
Coffee with honey and milk

Lunch:
Chobani yogurt
Like 15 or so grapes

Dinner:
More pierogis (6 or 7) lol. Don’t typically eat these often btw, but we have them so I eat them.

Now attached are highly censored images of my facial hair with about 3 or 4 weeks of growth. As you can see, I do have some facial hair with some decent coverage so I seem to at least have some genetic potential for a nice beard, but right now it’s way too sparse for my liking, and I don’t have any hair on the frontal chin part. By the way, I feel like the lighting in the room I took these pictures in actually do my facial hair some favors by making it look darker, but in most lighting situations, most of the hair is pretty light and barely visible with the exception of my mustache and chin hair.

@IdkBruh to be honest if you want to get more beards you need time

your diet first
its very estrogenic
lots of dairy and carbs no meats etc

do you have the budget for steak ? we need more red meat

I’m not willing to wait 10 more years for a nice beard that I might not even get naturally. The way I see it just based on looking at other people and knowing them over time, if you don’t get at least signs of a good beard at my age, then you’re going to struggle later as well.

Again, my diet is pretty sporadic. I do eat meat like chicken often but we just don’t happen to have it right now. I have meat in sandwiches as well. But also, carbs are good before a workout for energy. Dairy is estrogenic but it has protein.
 
I do give you credit this is a very unique log I hope you can get what you want
