Reducing artery plaque

Stop consuming junk foods

Those refined oils from restaurants and fast food are killing people. Also low quality chicken is full of polyunsaturated fat. Goes straight to ur arteries. It’s ur diet man

Ur body will do its best to clean it but you gotta help it out.

So I just got a calcium score done and I have high plaque/calcium build up.

What supplements and dosages should I be taking to clean my arteries out.
Vitamin k2
Ubiquinol

However that won’t do jack without cleaning the diet up like @stevesmi has advised.

Start having more omega 3 EPA/DHA and eat less refined and oily foods. Saturated fat in moderation and increase total fibre intake

And don’t run steroids

@burrows depends really. We can say fish oil, we can say psyllium husk, we can say n2guard to help with detox but truth is its all guessing game.

How did you get the build up? do you have more explanations?

No explanation. Mum had a heart attack so I got myself checked out. I have terrible family history of heart attacks.

So genetics are playing a factor. I'm aware that it's not the be all and end all.

One issue isn't always genetics but family history and habits. QED one of, if not THE fattest women in the UK lives near me (1`-2 miles away). Her mum claimed she was underweight as a child. Fed her double cream and lard (fat) etc. Which makes mum sound like she had mental issues all of her own. The girl, as she was, ended up getting a great deal of money (medium 6 figures) from various newspaper and media bits. Stories of various fast food outfits delivering multiple times per day came out.

We all mentioned lifestyle and diet - you haven't. So start with that. Are you fat or overweight - hows the diet? Activity levels. I will say well done on getting it checked - that's the first step. Do NOT try to medicate it if eating better works better.

Did they check your arteries to confirm? That something is going on?

No, need to freak out on this.

We all could improve our diet a little bit.

n2guard is a great supplement.
It has all the ingredients you need for a healthy heart.

It starts and it ends with your diet.

If you're genetically prone to heart disease, then you need to be even more strict with what you're putting in your body.

How often are you eating out?

Tell us more, maybe start a log and try to eat healthier.

They have some ways to test out to make sure your arteries are good.
One of the things they check is to see how much build up there is.

You definitely need to listen to the guys above.

Gotta get out of your body's way on the diet. And exercise so you keep a healthy heart.
