Need some opinions on my second sarm cycle.
Just some stats about me.
Currently.
150
5'7
11% BF (Was at 8-9 during last weeks of sarm cycle)
23 Years old
Looking to gain lean muscle mass.
I have been working out for around 2 years, very hard. 5 days a week and diet in check
For my next sarm cycle I play to run a 12 week cycle of....
LGD-4033 (10mg)
Mk-677 (25mg)
RAD-140 (25mg)
PCT will be nolva 40 40 20 20
My diet will consists of 3000 calories a day of heavy protein and carbs.
I do not have my portions planned out yet.
But it will mainly consist of eggs, turkey bacon, pasta ( I know not the best carb source) Ground Chicken, Ground Turkey, Brown rice, Protein Shake
I plan to eat as many times a day as it takes to hit 3000 calories.
I workout 5 days a week, and I also play lacrosse so I am very active.
Another Question...
Should I stack S4 in this cycle? Or would it be too supressive ontop of the LGD and Rad 140 I am running?
If you guys have any tips or pointers on my upcoming cycle please comment below.
