Sleep aid

i still have n2sleep around, had a ton of bottles when it was selling...have you tried melatonin and gaba/5htp?

Haven't tried melatonin or gaba/htp which is the best?

Melatonin is better as a sleep aid, but GABA does promote deeper, better sleep. I don't use sleep aids for the most part, but that is a great combo. N2sleep is great stuff too, and from what I've heard that product may be coming back

i would wait until the new n2sleep comes out... don't put your body on something else when something far superior will be coming out in just a few weeks...

n2sleep will be out soon as was mentioned

I would recommend some quality tea (non caffeinated of course)

don't be messing with drugs to help you sleep

i've been using a basic ZMA (advanced genetics "go dark"), and I definitely feel like I get into deep sleep quicker and wake up feeling more fresh

I would go with the ZMA & some Raw Honey before bed............................. JP
P.S.
If they don't Work ~ a Ball Peen Hammer will do the Trick every time (lol).

5HTP worked like a charm for me when I suffered from insomnia.

doxepin works for me most of the time. ambien maybe 1/4th of the time. over the counter stuff never works.

GABA is cool but i hate the taste it puts in my mouth UGH! I prefer ashwaganda which upregulates your GABA receptors to respond better to your natural GABA. Melatonin is great but i tend to take benedryl a lot. Probably not ideal though.

Tea is awesome for sleep if you get a good one. So many teas out there with ons of physiological benefits.
