What kind if gains will I see and keep from a 14 week test e cycle?
Should I run nolva or clomid for pct? Or does it really matter?
 
The gains depends on genetics, current body fat, training intensity, quantities of gear and diet.... Post more information.
 
I am 6'4 265 pounds. Been training for 6 years, 24 years old.
17% body fat
I am working the wendler 531 currently
And my diet is good. Brown rice, oats, chicken and salmon. Good stuff.

I plan on just running the basic first cycle of test e
 
Gains hard to say could gain 30lbs+++ might only gain 15lbs... depends on diet a lot..I'd run at 500mg 14 weeks jump start with Dianabulk or primodex. ..run aromasin at 12.5mg eod from agguys. .follow evo pct guide..need osta clomid aromasin hcgenerate es for pct..also add gw and s4 from sarms1 to length of cycle Def worth it trust me. ..need to run n2guard throughout cycle too..
 
Haha thanks I was a soccer player in highschool 6'4 190 pounds. Then the football coach grabbed me to be the kicker. All I did was work out. College ball I played defensive end.
 
17% needs to come down before your cycle... also bro... the gains you see is all hypothetical and dependent on YOU... physiological makeup, cleanliness of diet, intensity and consistency of training, consistency with diet, etc... i really hate these questions because all answers are skewed and person to person dependent... some guys can gain 15-20 lbs. and some are lucky to gain 5-10... possibilities are there in so many regards... just expect big increases in strength, muscle gains, cleanliness depends on how you eat... the cycle would be a lot more effective adding an oral or sarms to it... adding sarms will enhance it to the highest extent because they will allow you to provide maximum output.. it just dpeneds on a variety of factors..

Sounds like your first cycle...

If your running test-e at 500mg you will most likely start to notice things going into weeks 3-4 and start to get more of an "ah-ha" moment at weeks 7-8
give or take.

Genetics - training and diet will play a big part of it - and the proper PCT will help you maintain your gains.

This is a light cycle but I personally recommend hCG - it's not a must - but I've always used it from the beginning and make it a base to everyone
of my cycles just as with testosterone.

I run some very heavy cycles and it always keeps the boys big "and" working.

Too much risk of gyno with high body fat.17% you not that far off, You should be around 15% tops.Shouldnt be that much more of a risk for you.But you cant trim down alittle?For cycling you should be able to have proper training and diet anyways

I have always been a real skinny guy. I have never cut in my 6 years of training. I have only bulked up.
I am sure I can do it I am just a lot thicker now
 
I was probably right around a little under 20% body fat when I ran a 15 week cycle of test E at 500mgs a week. No bad sides and gained a solid 20 lbs
 
Before your info I never planned on taking hcg. I am not asking for a source at all but how do I get it? Is it something I can just order off the internet?
 
Why yes it is something you can just order right of the worldwid web. pctshop dot com carries it and I'm sure many others do too.

welcome to your first cycle.
im going onto my 6th week and I love it.
takes about 2 weeks to kick in but after that you will notice huge strength gains
about the 4th week you will notice size difference. I mean pretty big size difference.
just keep your diet clean !!
trust me about the 5 week mark everyone will be asking you what the hell you have been taking lmao
 
What kind of diet are you on?
I am interested to see what your gains are and what you kept.
I am doing more research before I begin my cycle. Also for the weather to cool down too.
Are you experiencing any sides?
