stacking creatine?

I like to make a nice shake after my workouts to regenerate my muscles. I usually add a scoop of protein powder and amino acids. I am confused though if it would be okay to add creatine or not. i read that it can throw off the absorption of the creatine and waste the product. is this true or false?

You should add both creatine and glutamine to your protein shake, it's the best mix.
 
a shake is going to be difficult to absorb regardless

i am a fan of creatine but mix it with water, forget shakes. that sour stomach feeling you get after drinking a shake/smoothie isn't your imagination, it is your stomach having a tough time digesting

Brah you are good to toss the creatine in there no worries at all.
