I'm 5 foot 10 190 lb got a good physique but need to improve just like everyone else. I'm going to be running my next steroid cycle and my first time I didn't feel like I had my training the best I heard that you should do high intensity workouts on steroids but keep your workouts under an hour for best results
is this just broscience or does any of this have Merit

I always got the best results (in terms of physique) from high intensity low rest 40-50min workouts. Works for me but not everyone else. Isn’t great for strength as well.

If you're running a cycle, you should increase your training by at least 50% over usual. During cycles I really bump up my training hard.
 
For best results, if you do cycle, train even harder, don't waist opportunity

How old are you?
 
This is way too subjective... it depends on so many factors and there are not "cookie cutter" plans here.. people respond differently to different workout routines/types etc... not to mention the necessity to continuously switch things up to shock your body so it can continue to make progress... this is way too vague
 
Everyone is different but start with what works when you are not on cycle. You might be able to add volume or time to that but don't go crazy. I train for less than an hour.
 
Sounds like Dorian Yates and what he would promote as the best way to grow muscle.

Training is very personal and each person has to find their very own way of training and the steroids just fast forward your progress some but in the end it is all very much individual.
