Strength not size

Anybody have personally recommendations based upon experience/knowledge as to what would be best to use if the goal was primarily strength gain, not size gain?
 
Find some old issues of power lifting USA . They are full of great workouts that will take you step by step with a personal goal for a workout cycle. Always stay with the big three deads , squats , bench .
 
Yes I agree compound lifts are great for overall strength. I would focus mainly on these but do some research, see ya find.
 
Damn dude, I'm the exact opposite. I give no fucks about strength, but would prefer size and proper form. I found when I was working on 5x5 (5 reps: 5 sets) that my strength went through the roof. Lower rep range gave me strength and higher reps gave me size.
 
Pick apart some good strongmen routines and powerlifting methods. 5x5 is ok but you want maximum strength you need to incorporate a lot more than that.
 
If your looking for drug advice.... Test/tbol. Test/drol
 
eat big and lift big. eating big doesn't mean protein shakes, it means actual food. and lifting big doesn't mean standing in front of the mirror with 30 pound dumbbells doing curls, it means doing compound lifts

you will get stronger
 
4x4 , 3x5 and 5x5 + 3 assistances ( 3x8) for each main lift ... Gained 50 pound on each main lift in 2 month on anavar and gained 2-3 pounds only

Yep. And since the question was about "use", then test plus tren plus dbol. You can use anadrol instead but I find it less effective than dbol and has more side effects, including feeling like crap.

But first and foremost, eat big, lift heavy and sleep 8-9 hours per night. The rest is just icing on the cake.

Halotestin is the best for strength but it is VERY hard on your liver.

Most orals are really good for strength gains (anadrol, dbol, tbol) but terrible for your health.

I would stick with something like test + deca so your joints are lubricated and a moderate oral dosage of dbol or anadrol.
Make sure you run an AI during your cycle and a liver guard. -> liquidex AI, aromsain or arimidex and n2guard

ride the tren train baby.Gaining size is going to happen but you can control it pretty good with the type of workout program you encorperate
 
Bro, where are you trying to gain strength? Whole body. Parts for a certain sport? I am in a weight class sport and at the peak of my class. So don't want to gain any. But unfortunately, if you eat right and lift heavy, you will get bigger. Routines, keep your workouts to a four rep max. Pure power workouts. Drugs, number one is halo, if your joints can handle it, Winnie as well. Oils, if you are close to not making a class. Stick to test P and Tren A. Neither will hold water. Test E and Tren E and hex will hold a small amount of water. But when trying to make weight. That one pound matters. D bol will make you gain a lot of size and Anadrol will also retain water. I'm sure there are more, but those are the ones I have experience with. Good luck bro.
