When i buy multi's from the drug store they seem to change my piss color, it is weird. but when i buy them from other places they seem to absorb better. does anyone know why that is? i would think the products from drug store would be highest quality but turns out they aren't.
They are low quality and don't absorb, that's usual for the drug store cheap multi vitamins. They lack biopr (blackpepper) and much more.

large retail box stores/drug stores only care about MARGINS. they want to sell the most inferior products possible for the cheapest possible to undercut smaller companies and brands. that is where they make their small profits and mulitiply that by millions they sell. it adds up fast. they use that money to pay for their locations, utilities, etc.
if you want QUALITY go to n2bm. they don't have any locations so they pass their savings on to you and they only sell the most quality

You will always have this to some degree with a multi. Just make sure you are using the highest quality product and get Ruthless 3D from n2bm. It was designed for athletes.

I definitely don't recommend taking a multivitamin at the pharmacy. Pharmacies are often very weak and work more like placebo drugs. I would recommend that you choose something from this list https://gym-expert.com/best-multivitamin-for-men-bodybuilding/. I prefer Optimum Nutrition vitamins, only take women's vitamins, naturally.
