So the bottle says I should be taking BCAAs 4 caps a day but it doesn't say how I should take them. Is there a time where you take one every few hours for a total of 4 Caps or do you take for caps all at once. Also doesn't matter if I take them during my workout or after

I would take BCAAs right before you train that's the best time. You get most benefit at that time.

Contact the company and ask

Best time to take it is 10 min before training

BCAA you can take as much and as often as you can afford it man! If you can afford to have a few grams of BCAAs every few hours then do that!

Before during and after a workout is when most guys take their BCAAs

I agree with Rick. BCAA's are the most significant tissue building supplement you can take. Those who truly understand how the anabolic process works know that.

So as expected, recent research from the International Society of Sports Nutrition found that when taking BCAA’s in isolation, it actually:

Decreases protein synthesis
Increases protein breakdown
Interferes with the absorption of amino acids

The various studies showing they improved lean body mass were heavily flawed and often funded by supplement companies. And the studies showing that BCAA's help with muscle soreness are legitimate but are always compared to a non-protein placebo meaning the results don't really hold any value)

So I shouldn't use BCAAs for my severe back muscle fatigue and soreness?
I had just been reading about this

BCAAs won't help your back muscle fatigue at all IMO. Yoga and fasting will help with n2joint rx and ostarine mk2866.

So n2joint will help muscles heal? I just assumed it was for joints but I havent really looked into it. They're products are pretty pricey, but I might have to give it a shot. I ordered a bottle of ostarine and I have a few poses I practice
Thanks

N2joint rx can help both muscles and joints, will help recovery stacked with ostarine mk2866.
