Hey Guys and Girls,

Just after some advice on what's the best supps to use to assist in losing weight and improve muscle tone in women?

My missus is hitting the gym, is not naturally slim (not huge either..about a size 12-14 in Australian clothing), and is wanting to tone up, put on a little muscle and burn off the fat (particularly belly, thighs, butt).

Any positive experiences from the girls on Evo, or advice from the bro's on what works, what doesn't, and how to use?

She is 39, had all our children, but not wanting to lose her femininity.

Diet has been provided by a nutritionist. Looking at the chemical/medicinal assistance now.
 
In my experience with women training, it's not so much the supplement that counts, its the idea that they are using something to "help" so they feel that they can have some confidence in success. I would recommend just Whey protein and tell her it's also a "fat burner". It will help with recovery, and if she believes its also burning weight, she will be more likely to stick to the program. After she has lost some weight you can tell her she did it on her own :)
 
For the goals of toning up and building muscle, SARMS are going to be her best option. SARMS are a particularly good option for females because they are completely anabolic substances. There is no risk of developing emasculating side effects like there are with steroid/prohormone usage.

SARMS are a completely different class then pro-hormones and steroids. Steroids and pro-hormones have two distinct but overlapping effects:
1. The anabolic effects which promote growth
2. The androgenic effects which promote an increase in male sexual characteristics

The problem with the androgenic effects of steroids is that they can cause side effects. Especially when taken by women.

SARMS on the other hand are completely anabolic substances so there are no risks of developing emasculating side effects. SARMS were originally developed to prevent muscle wasting in people with diseases like HIV and cancer.

SARMS are extremely effective by themselves but work even better when stacked together as they work synergistically.

I think it is great that she has the diet part all planned first. This is the most important part of achieving her goals. I would recommend the SARMs Triple Stack. She would get some nice cutting from the GW and S4 and also some lean muscle from the Ostarine. The S4 is pretty good at hardening too which will make the muscles look even better.
 
You cant go wrong with cardarine and N2Slin for a girl.

It is non hormonal, it helps to burn fat and increases endurance. Also N2Slin helps to partition carbs into the muscles, so taking it before carb meals will fill up the muscles and will minimize the chances of putting on weight if she overeats by any chance.
 
The guys gave excellent options above for sarms and certainly n2slin.

Above and beyond that....she needs to lift weights. Heavy weights....not this 5lb weights for curls....something that really challenges her. Not just cardio. That's very important.

Additionally....vitamin b100,'evening primrose oil, a good multi vitamin and fish oil. These are base supplements that should be used daily by females.
