so I plan on doing a steroid cycle in the next few months and wonder are there any supplements ur supposed to take a head of your steroid cycle so it is more smooth and you have less side effects. Or is this silly and I should just wait till I actually start the steroid cycle

I like to detox my body before a cycle. I take n2guard 3-4 caps per day, drink a lot of fiber apple pectin, psyllium husk, add probiotics/prebiotics and fish/krill oils. Increased water intake and a liver cleanse, all of these prep you well for a cycle with less sides.

Not a bad idea to run a full bottle of N2Guard before cycle.
