Sweed's Cutting LOG!!

Yes that workout was fun! Very very fun! And I am back in the 240's! Lol 242-243, up like 6-7 lbs in 4 days! Hahah, water of course, just fun to see!
Strength up! And pumps was intense. Felt awesome tonight. Didn't want to stop training...
Did some cardio after.

Bloated mother right now! Lol

Legs today. Def stronger and could have gone up more in weight. Good workout but felt a lil naucious and had to cut abs a little short by 2 sets, lol.
Good now, and time to eat! :)

here a pic from spring of 2004... 5 years ago! I was about 200-205 and prob around 15-16% or more. I always liked this pic, and like a leaner back. I'm suppose to be this lean right now! but don't think I am! Good thing I am cutting!! :)

Non today, cuz I have …y volleyball tonight!
Have a slight car situation so it will be tough for me to get to the gym to do am cardio for the rest of the winter, plus I start my job in 2 weeks and will not be getting up extra early to go to the gym. Looks like I'm gonna have to stick it out with this winter weather now for AM cardio! :/

But I will keep stickin to diet and training like always!

Todays workout was great. Back day! Killer pumps with n2kts and ampo2! Siiick! Weight is still up there, a little water still I'm guessin, 241-42ish. Muscles looking swelled :)
Got an upset stomach again towards end of workout like saturday?? But looked real good while doin my last exercise of curls! Love the gym mirrors!

Then played some volleyball and had some fun "drillin for oil" as rick calls it!haha some kid injured his wrist when he tried to dig one of my spikes! Lol

Aaaaand bedtime!

Just read through this badboy, I remember back when you started this but never hung out in this section until recently. Todays a day off, weird day with the snow and car situation, legs tomorrow then wil do them again sunday, instead of my regular saturday, then resume the regular wed/sat leg split as always.
Just tryin to get food in me as it's be tough to eat, havn't had an appetite, might be from the burner, but hungry finally and goin to eat as much as I can tonight! Haha

Dude, maybe placebo, but after the Eq shot yesterday, I couldn't stop eating!!!!
I feel awesome today though. I've only taken 30mg total between yesterday and today and am already gettin the famous beast pumps!!! nothing major yet but can feel it starting to come to the surface!

Yeah Bloat does suck. It'll mess with your mind. Whenever I feel fat I just reassure myself it's just water. Then I go pee.
 
Did legs tonight, very late, had to rush and cut it a little short because I only had an hour before the gym closed. So not the best workout, but still was very fast paced and got some hurt in!
Back tomorrow and a great cheat meal awaits! :)

So pretty damn excited, I woke and did the normal routine of goin pee and then check out where I am. Well I noticed right away it seems like all that water is like gone in my stomch and I lost some fat in my lower abs! I can see an outline of the bottom of the 2nd row of abs which usually is covered by fat! It's gettin flat! And more lean for sure!
Decided to take unleashed during the rest of the cycle to see if it could help with the lethargy and to free up more test!
Just wanted to update as this will all fade as soon as I devour my cheat meal tonight! Hahaha!

EXACTLY, focus focus focus and focus some more! Crank the tunes and get at it.

I decided about 4 years ago to go ahead and design my own gym at home for this one reason. My partners or people I new would negatively affect my workout, ummm yeah I am not there to socialize people!

I initially spent 5 g's and have since added on it. Only real thing I am missing is a sled but will get one soon enough. Always found that the good ole squat will suffice though and at the gym at work we have a sled so hit that up every once and awhile too. I hammer the tunes, warm-up and get pumped up... take off the shirt and jack myself up infront of my mirror. Thats enough to make me KTS when I didn't feel like heading downstairs into my dungeon.

Sorry Sweedy for 'jaking' your shit here, just saying I focus and get it done one way or another. Most people I talk to say theyhave to go to the gym to get motivated, I've done both and now prefer this. All I have to do is run downstairs in the am to my eliptical/treadmill for cardio and hit up the lifts sometime later. No fighting to get to the gym eliminated :40:

Ya it sucks, I feel achy today, I still can feel that 'cold' feeling in my head/ nose/throat, but want to get to the gym sooo bad today. Goin to do a little shoveling around the house and see how I feel. I think I will be good to lift then play some volleyball, burnn that cold outa my system. I blew out most of it out this morning, lol. I know that's a sign it's almost all over. Drikin some oj, having some green tea and gonna drink a ton of water. Gonna load up on soups and chili all day, get a bunch of good carbs in me. Gonna supplement my protein a lot.

Weeks 3 of shredder stack starts today! 3 more weeks to get lean and mean!

No not really I just take in like 2000mg of the VitC 2x daily and like a the same of Echinacea and Golden Seal and it does the trick.

Get on it sweed! Week 3 is where the magic happens dude!!!!
 
Yup, gonna lift, but not gonna go all out 100%. Just get the weoghts up, get a decent pump and get outa there so I don't tax the cns too much!
Week 3 is here! Hormones are built up inside for me to kill it this week!

Tonight I did a chest/tri routine. I was going to keep it easy and not go all out.
I felt a lot better during the day. Did a little shoveling.
So I took my about 3 scoops of n2kts. Got stupid hot and red. Felt great before workout, and that carried me thropugh my workout. I was super pumped, and worked a lot harder than I thought or wanted! Haha
I was 242, so I am carrying water! Did 10 mins of cardio aftrer, and then I crashed, hit the wall so hard I am glad I didn't go to volleyball. My body is not finished gettin over this cold or recovered! Lol
Greatgreat workout, just extremely tired and dead!
Can't wait for more! :)

your doing Omegas phase one right? When do you Typically do cardio, on your off days or before/after lifting? The handbook does not say... And I like to keep my workouts under an hour but I could get some quick cardio in an make it an 1hr and 1/2 or so a few time a week...

I use to do cardio pre training but now I NEVER do anymore. Until I switched it up to 2 seperate workouts a day I didn't realize what I was missing out on. Cardio in the am is way more effective for fat loss, can recover throughout the day and more energy. The biggest reason I like it though is I can hit the shit out of my lifts way better now not being drawn down from cardio. That and the cardio was not as intense as it is now for the reason I just mentioned. I might do like 10 min cardio for warmup now low intesity but that is the max, this has been golden and made the world of difference for me. Even waking up at 4:00am before work to get it in :) Go hard or go home!
 
Drew I did his program last year( sept-nov). I am just using his priciples now. Little different, but they work great. I'm doin cardio pwo now, but sometimes AM.

I got some bromodrol in the mail today, thanks to orbit nutrition! This is to help out my katana gyno that is making my boobs sore. Lol.

About half was through and weight is around 238, looking leaner, so I'll be happy to see where I am in another 2.5 weeks. Bf is around 16-17% I'd say?? Someone said it was less, but I am a little conservative, I'd rather be higher than lower when guessing! Lol

Back workout was good. Nice pump all the way through, had some noticablt veins poppin around my delts.
