Each ester has different half lives, but it starts building up immediately. You can Google expected times for peak concentration to be reached, but of course there is variance due to individual metabolism.

This. Even if the ester is supposed to reach its peak blood plasma levels after certain period of time it doesn't mean it's still working in the background. You just haven't witnessed its true power yet, if that's even correct way to put it
Anyone have any reliable info on how long it takes Test, either long or short esters, to affect or begin elevating blood levels? And I don't mean when it "kicks in."
