@LevButlerov lemme know if we should keep at that 2mg reta per week? I think that was better. And just to let you know. I am going every other day on testosterone now at 0.1ml - I know @R.AP said 0.14 so we stay at 0.5ml per week. but I think let's cut back a bit or we stay at 0.14?
 
Added 1ml of BAC water in my reta.
We should be good for 2mg per week on it now. 0.2ml would be 2mg. I can start tonight (which I would prefer) or can start tomorrow after work. Also waiting to hear on test stuff.

My doctor also called, wanted to talk about the blood test results. I will talk to him in 2 weeks and get another test done for test, estrogen and other stuff too.

I have never let a doctor ever dictate my life, like ever. Yeah he can talk to me, but i tell him what I'd do and i hear what he has to say and thats it.

I will still check out these threads.

My water intake has not been good so i can see my hematocrit was high. And rbc could be high cause i am pushing myself in training - we know about test and estrogen so thats not a concern.

I'll see what the guy has to say and poat it here if he makes any sense.

Nah bro 0.1 would put you below your replacement therapy dose. 0.14 I would think should be the LOWEST dose to take.

Warmup Cardio: 20 mins treadmill 3 speed 5 incline

Biceps:
Incline dumbbell curls: 3x25 22.5lbs dumbbells
Standing Dumbbell curls:
Machine Preacher curls: 3x25 70lbs on the machine

Triceps:
Tricep pushdowns: 3x25 115lbs
High pully tricep cable ext: 3x25 115lbs
One arm overhead ext: 3x20 15lbs dumbbell each side

Wrist curls superset with rev wrist curls: 3x15 20lbs on the fat bar
 
So not the regular 2 pack a day? You'd day only 1 a day lets say, 30 mins before training?

Recommended is 2 packs a day for 3 weeks = total of 42 packs.

Yes sir. super good pump. Lev put me on this low weight high rep thing. I hate it at times as it feels like lifting air in the beginning and doesn't feel as strong lol

but the pump sure is fucking good!

Check this legs workout I got in just now, my legs actually trembling with it lol:

Legs:

Lying leg curls: 3x25 90lbs
Seated leg curls: 3x25 95lbs

Leg Extensions: 1x25 110lb 2x25 105lbs
Leg press: 3x20 270lbs (still couldn't get 25. pumped and tired muscles - I'll get there thou!)

Leg press calves ext: 3x15 full rom 270lbs
Standing calves ext: 3x21 70lbs

Ab crunches: 1x25 2x20
Leg raises: 3x15
Side heel touches: 3x30

Even thou i failed to hit 25 on the leg press, pretty good that i got to hit it on other despite a bit lower weight as compared to last. I'll keep working at it. Feeling good so far but there are spikes of hunger/craving, however, if i sip on my protein shake or something, they go away for a while. Do feel like i have to go to the bathroom alot but i guess thats my body also trying to flush as much as possible... i do however feel nauseous at times, which was also the case last time with reta. Glad i got some ab work in too.

The pump is where the big gains are made, you'll see in time :D you'll be leaner and more harder @zucchini
nauseous is from the leg day that means you killed it!

Went for a saturday open mat jujitsu, rolled with a bunch of purple and brown belts, man it was so much fun!

Came home and now I have chicken in the air fryer.
Yesss!!!! 200g protein and nausea after legs is what I want to see!

I love that you're doing BJJ too. I remember being a purple belt and rolling with browns and blacks and feeling like all they were doing is 'letting' me move around. Purple is no joke and I thought I knew my shit but then you roll with a brown or black and it's like they're giving you permission to even attempt a tap. :p:ROFLMAO:. Sometimes if I got cocky and tried to transition from cross to full mount all fast they'd end up having me on my back just to show me they knew it was coming. It's such a genius martial art it's like chess I love it. Best street martial art in existence and I'd argue that with anyone.

Oh man i am a purple myself, and everyday i learn. My philosophy isnt to make others tap or to not tap myself, it is that i wanna be able to hang with quiet literally everyone and anyone. I went to this place for the 1st time, all the guys there were huge and tall, yet i held my ground and was super good. I was scared but then i hung with these browns and only two of them made me tap. I also had them in trouble and both had good things to say after the rolls.

I see it as a philosophical quest to solve problems but with the body and mind in coordination!

Man i forgot to take the animal cuts before jujitsu, but still took one. Pinned 0.14ml test and ate 400grams airfried chicken with 200 grams yogurt.

Yes, atleast 07-10 grams every day. Will have it today as well.

I do feel leaner and faster. Today jujitsu proved it.
try doing 1 tbps of psyllium am and 1tbps 6 hrs later, get to 20-30 grams of psyllium @zucchini

Yeah that would definitely be a tough one. Can't imagine high rep leg presses after those high reps leg curls and leg extensions.

As for protein and you finding the food prep a hassle would you consider making all your food for the week during a 4-hour window on the weekend? I've switched to doing this. If you're getting sick of chicken you can get extra lean ground beef, or use flank steak that's one of my favourite lean cuts of beef. Fish is an obvious go to as well.

For psyllium I take 10g before every meal totaling 40g/day and I'm never going back. I have zero bloat and am regular for the first time in my life, right to the hour every day.

For a quicker thaw I use a 5lb weight and put it in the sink with the weight on top of it and fill the sink over the packaged protein/meat with warm water and you're good to go much faster.

Ahhh yes the nausea.... you love it! Embrace that nausea and suck that shit up and love it big boy! It will work wonders if you embrace the suck and power through it. Slam a good 3mg or more and enjoy the ride... stay on the Reta train for minimum 24 weeks.

Standing machine laterals: 1x25 70lbs 1x25 1x19 65lbs (last set failed with last two reps partials)
Rev machine fly: 3x25 120lbs
Rope cable Face pulls: 3x20 60lbs
Db Shrugs: 3x20 65lbs dumbbells

Neck curls supersetted with rev neck curls: 3x15 each 22.5lbs dumbbell.

(Lowered the weight from here on since i couldn't hit 25 on seal rows)

Chest supported machine rows: 3x25 140lbs
Deadlifts: 1x2 265lbs 1x2 310lbs 1x1 330lbs (that almost blackout feeling is liberatingly good 😂)

I know I didn't hit 200 grams protein today but I will make sure I hit it tomorrow. I am out of milk and I don't like to drink my protein shake without it. I might go get groceries tomorrow as only think I have left is around 500 grams of chicken and 1 steak.
steady on the food :D but the 200 mark on protein you can miss but next time drink a shake later on @zucchini

Today I had 200 grams of left over chicken that I cooked yesterday. In the afternoon, it was a meeting lunch so had some beef stirfry on crispy noodles (which was basically hard fried vermicelli and I hated it so took a few bites of that - but ate all the beef) + a small cupcake.

And then training then home and 350grams of chicken again airfried and my husk.
Couldn't go groceries since I was too damn tired after this workout. Will for sure go tomorrow as last of chicken (and all the food) is gone now.

Just pinned 3mg reta.

Flat dumbbell press: 3x25 35lbs dumbbells 1x07 85lbs dumbbells
Seated machine press: 1x25 1x20 150lbs 2x20 135lbs (failed to do 25 on this)
Machine iso chest presses: 3x20 90lbs on the machine.
Cable flyes (from the bottom): 1x20 50lbs each side 1x25 1x20 40lbs each side.

Oh man this workout was actually amazing. Gave it my all, stretch and squeeze felt amazing which is not always the case as mind muscle connection was super good today. Extremely good pump and looking myself in the mirror, impressed ... the change i see... Easily one of the better chest workouts i have ever had.

Funny how things change, a year ago, i hated what i saw in the mirror. Now i love it more every day and hope to keep on improving.


Reta 3mg i pinned yesterday doing good too. I feel like i have to keep on fueling myself throughout the day as doing fasted stuff on reta makes me feel sluggish, and then crave food. So today i brought a pack of protein quest chips with me and have been munching on them since the morning. But haven't been able to finish it since i dont like the taste much and haven't really felt like eating it all too.

You're saying retatrutide makes you sluggish? that is just at 3mgs or before too?
