Torn tendon/muscle?

So I had a deadlift training
(Deadlifts, shrugs, upright rows)
And to*finish off i did weighted hyperextensions.
My hamstrings were fully stretched and i felt a lot of pressure on them but kindof esily managed some reps. I didnt really feel any pain during my set. When the set was done I got up and immediately felt a sharp pain in my left hamstring, especially when having my leg stretched. Not totally painful but i knew something was wrong. I was going to the toilet (walking no problem,*sitting down no real problem) and still had the pain there when stretching.
At home it kind of stopped, now i just have a dull feeling in my hamstring but no real pain when i*stretch the leg (altough i dont try to fully stretch it). Its been 6 days since this happened and i can occasionally feel a warm burning/sharp pain kind of feeling, but not always the exact same spot. Sometimes its near my glutes, sometimes its more near my knee, sometimes its more in the middle, but its always along the inner hamstring part , so along the inner hamstring.

For example i can jog but i feel the pain flaring up.
So its hard to explain..a mix of sharp pain, burning sensation and soreness. But not axross the whole muscle, more a line along the inner hamstring. Doesnt hurt when walking, i can ride an indoor bike too.
No pain.
I walk in snow on my way home, it flares up a little.
What*can this possibly be? Minor tear? Tear?
Im on test*250mg and i take voltaren for my tendons, could this have make me not recognise a tear during the*set?
I gotta ask somewhere as my doc wont do mri and he just tells me to stop training. Of course i am resting hamstrings but a little diagnosis would be helpful as it bothers my mind a lot.

Why? What's the matter with your tendons?

taking an anti-inflammatory drug while working out is reckless

not only do you open yourself up for injuries but you also shut off your bodies healing device

if you have a million dollar contract in the NFL i can understand doing things like this, but for a normal joe you are crippling yourself for nothing.

i have a buddy who lifts heavy ass weight, he comes to the gym and does 4 sets and goes home ultra heavy. he has to take painkillers just to sleep at night cause his body is in pain.

I'm thinking he's already in pain, taking a drug and now he's fucked it more.

i completely agree... anti inflammatories are wretched... every now and then i take an ibuprofein but thats because i run 7.5 miles a day and my body has like 1 or days a week it feels just terrible but thats my limit on what i'll take...

Don't be stupid man. The guys are right. You need to know when and what to put in your body, don't guess this stuff

If your doctor won't do an MRI - find a new doctor.
