102-104kg
not sure how to word everything or even where to start, so I guess I’ll start from the age of 16.
Started iv’ing meth at 16, was out of home by 14, after a family tragedy. So drugs and self sabotage were a big thing.
extremely malnourished through all my teenage years. By the age of 16 I was 6 foot 1 weighing only 58kg.
Went on like that for years until the age of 19 and I decided to get clean and start doing hypertrophy training.
Within 3 months of training I bought my first vial of UGLOZ test e back in 2014(I think)
I used that 10 ml vial for 5 weeks at 500mg a week without any pct and went from 62kg to 74kg in just that 5 weeks, I had started buy gold standard, and just dirty bulking with cheap coles sausages and tuna, went like that for about another 2 years natural and eventually made my way up to 80kg and benching 85kg at 21. Then I did a 6 week cycle of ghrp6 injecting 5-6 times a day and got up to 86kg. Then came my proper roid cycle that was 500mg of test e and hcg twice a week for 10 weeks(used hcg on same days I’d pin my test) and got up to 92-93kg with a max bench of 110kg 2 rep max.
Then fell back into drug addiction for about 2-3 years and was comfort eating and using drugs to escape more issues.
Fast forward until the age of 24 I did a test e and tren cycle (which I did half assed)
Hardly trained apart from walking bicep curls and push-ups and got to about 112kg. then I started brick paving and got into great shape and down to about 91kg.
Fast forward another year and I did anothe test e cycle with clomid and nolvadex, was doing pretty well but my strength had gone down a lot.
Fast forward til 2022 and I started keto with test e and anavar and cut out carbs and sugars entirely and got shredded with a visible 6 pack, 97kg, calisthenics and free weights hard. Then had a bad reaction to some meth and lsd (could have been the clen I was taking) and had an electrolyte lockout and went into a full body cramp and spasm. Completely changed my posture and is still a work in progress seeing and osteopath and doing light exercises, resistance bands, walking, stretching amd some free weights.
There was a few half assed cycles inbetween all do that where I’d do 4-5 weeks of test then jump off and at one point I used anadrol for 5 weeks with no test base or pct.
Here I am now, 30 years old over 100kg, out of rehab, on a pre sentence supervision order, so dealing with legal issues.
Diet
Morning meds
15mg diazepam, 150mg bupropion, 500mg paracetamol.
Breakfast a slice of watermelon, whole banana and high protein Greek yoghurt
(16g a serve) with a protein shake (27g of protein) 4 fish oils, magnesium glycinate, glucosamine, calcium vitamin d and k2.
Lunch
2 servings of tuna(34 grams of protein)
Salad mix with a tomato, quarter of a cucumber, half an onion, a clove of garlic, and juice of 1 lemon.
Meal 3
Either 300g of chicken breast or 250g of beef mince, with 250g of frozen veggies(carrots, peas, corn, broccoli and cauliflower)
Meal 4
Either 300g of chicken breast, salad mix, tomato, quarter of a cucumber, half an onion, a clove of garlic and juice of 1 lemon
Night time meds
300micrograms of clonidine
75mg promethazine
150mg bupropion
Training regimen
45minutes of walking my dog
Stretching
Dumbbell curls -22kg each hand
Pushups -15
Chinups-8-10
Leg raises -12-15
For about 3 sets daily
And that’s honestly about it for training as of lately. I’m still on recovery from the last 2 years of drug abuse.
And I don’t have access to much equipment.

Dianabol 21x10mg
Suatanon 300mg x10ml
Deca 300mg x10ml
Nolvadex(can’t remember dosage) think 20or 25mg x50-60caps
Clomid (can’t remember dosage) 20 or 25mg 50-60 caps

Not sure how to go about all of this, wether to blast and cruise, use a.I.’s, hcg and caber and do pct with clomid/nolvadex.

Testosterone-9.9 nmol/l
Shbg-14nmol/l
Free testosterone-289pmol/l
Have had erectile dysfunction for last 3-4 years which sucks, sucked even more when I was shredded and actually had girls attention, but no libido is gone, dxck doesn’t work, premature ejac aswell as it being soft. Used to be a stallion that could go for well over 40-45 minutes.
Testicles have shrunken dramatically.
I can’t afford a to see an endocrinologist or hormone clinic. It’s just not feasible at this point in time. After leaving rehab I’ve had to move back in with family, have bought car and currently 10 months sober from hard drugs but in this economy I’m saving for a bond for my own place.
I know I’ve thrown a lot of personal crap in my log but I didn’t really know where to start
