been training for the last seven months without fail, workout 5 days a week and do some strength, interval, and intense training. my gym trainer has recommended me to use dbol, deca, and sustanon and i just purchased 120 caps dbol, 4 x 10 ml sustanon 250, and 4x 10 ml Deca.... a bit fat lately like 250 511

My question is what quantities and how often for how long? do I need a PCT?
I wanted to use Cardarine (GW) for better cardio?
 
That's a loaded question and a loaded cycle (both). I would suggest you stick with pure sustanon and cardarine during your cycle and PCT with nolvadex/clomid/aromasin/ostarine. Of course, N2Guard needed the whole cycle to get rid of side effects.

bro, being overweight and then running steroids that will add more weight is not what you would exactly call "bright" now is it?

you need to run a sarms triple stack and get yourself in the proper condition first and then run a cycle...
 
Yeh bro, steroids will really take a toll on your health in your current condition. The sarms triple stack from Sarms1 would be great to help you achieve your goal (with proper diet and training) without raising your blood pressure, over stressing lipids, and putting extra stress on your body like steroids would. You need to be in good shape before touching AAS.

Stick to the sarms for now bud
 
and deca for a 1st run ? your trainer needs some training lol. Stick to a sarms run bro, you'll gain muscle and cut fat extremely well with the triple stack from sarms1.com. Run this and then look to AAS in the future when you are ready :)

that was what i was going to say. The fuckstick trainer prey's on guys like you.....Guessing he charged you an arm n leg for the shit...(but we dont discuss that so please dont post $)

250lbs @ 5'11....id be doing lots of cardio, less lifting... but still do things like dead lifts, squats, bench press, etc. big compound lifts.
 
You said you just start like 7 months ago???remember the key of success in this game is your diet and rest and second your exercise and your supplements

He's one of these guys that had a membership and the gym needed trainers....so they hired him to show people how to use the pec deck & do a lat pull down....
 
You need a CPR /AED "cert" in addition to your fitness "cert". Most gyms will ask for that when you apply,he's just selling....................AnalogMan

Pffff, not my gym....they'd hire my 8 year old nephew to be a "trainer"
