Greetings everyone!

I’am OMULIG, and I’am exited to start my journey with DEUS MEDICAL ( @REROID) for my first cycle.

About me
Age: 32
Height: 177cm
Weight: 81kg

Intro
This is my first log and my first time training consistently. I’ve never been to a gym before, so it’s all new for me.
I used to eat a lot, and my belly started to grow, so I wasn’t proud of my body. I realized that I needed to make a change, and by the summer, I want to look a lot better than I do now.
Overall, I’ve been training for 2 months now. The first month was dedicated to calisthenics, and in the second month, I started going to the gym. I can already see progress in my body.

In the first month, I also started using creatine, which was the strongest supplement I had tried until that point😀. Then, I met a buddy who goes to the gym regularly, and he invited me to join him. He taught me how to do exercises properly and helped me understand the importance of good form.

That's when I first learned about steroids! Before that, I thought everyone only took protein and creatine, but I realized it’s not true at all. 😂 I got really curious about it, did some research, and eventually found @REROID.

Cycle 1-15:

I’ve been on Test E (250mg/week) from DeusMedical for 2 weeks now. I’m planning to run it for 15 weeks in total.


So far, I feel a lot better, more energetic, and in a better mood. I’m not struggling to go to the gym anymore, but actually, I’m looking forward to it now.
My buddy says Test E benefits really only start to kick in after 3-4 weeks, and what I’m feeling might just be placebo, 😀 but I’m excited to see how it progresses.

I started with calisthenics, focusing on basic bodyweight exercises. Now I’m hitting the gym with my buddy to learn more and build muscle.
I try to go to the gym 3 times a week

Diet:
I don’t follow any strict diet plan yet, but I try to eat smaller portions and drink more water than I usually do.

Goal:
My goal isn’t to become Mr. Olympia, but I just want to look and feel good.

Also i have:
  • HCG (DEUSMEDICAL): I haven’t tried it yet, but plan to start using it from weeks 5-6 of the cycle.
  • NOLVAMED 20 (DEUSMEDICAL): I also have Tamoxifene citrate on hand and will use it if i start to expierence any side effects.

Cycle
Your cycle is a good start basically you're on self TRT. I think to look good and feel good this is the right path but you need to start sharing with us more details so we can help you adjust more.

Nobody unless they're delusional can expect to be either in their lifetime the chances are 1 in a billion of ever achieving either.

best thing Is to set a goal to be the best version of yourself
 
You've got a lot of room to improve and we will get you there.
just make sure that you are updating us constantly.
 
Have you looked into some fasting protocols

and have you checked out some of the other logs on here?
 
Take a look at how other guys on here are eating. That's going to be crucial and help you get the most out of your cycle.
 
I recommend daily fasted cardio. First thing in the morning.
 
I'm looking forward to seeing you make steady improvements on this log.

That is what you want to get to.

Good to see this log. I'm waiting on ReRoids to send products to hopefully get them approved. It'd be great to have a UK based approved source added to Evos list.
