Hey all.
First, I am honored to be here. It seems there is a serious and knowledgeable leadership.
I will be making a very serious attempt at real transformation and would like to document here. I appreciate all input and guidance.
I will begin with my research so far with Nutrobal MK-677 which I purchased from Sarms1.

I am female. 63. 208lbs 5'3" Lifted a lot in my 20's and off and on thereafter.
what I am after is the restoration of strength, vitality and the full healing of a wrecked metabolism from too many bad diets. I have been working on it for awhile.
Working with a great Osteopath/Naturopath. Bloodwork done.
*1/4 GRAIN Thyroid per day
*Testosterone off the charts, low Estrogen, Progesterone
*On HRT and imbalance restored keeping Testosterone high. Its a great Hormone.
*Colostrom, Collagen, Magnesium, D3, C, B-12,Sam-E, oils
* High quality Bone Broth protein shake, very clean
*tracking bloodwork regularly
*Osteopath monitoring the upregulation of Hgh

It was suggested I use GHRP2 and 6 for this but after reading about Nutrobal it seemed a superior product to research. No side effects and I like you can use the smallest dose for Hgh upregulation.

Note: I am a Bodyworker. I practice Neuromuscular Reprogramming. Last year I broke down physically. Injured from the work. C4-5 disc compression, nerve impingement down the arm. Collapsing diaghram on the right, Piriformis syndrome on right and both second metatarsals rolling medially. I was messed up. It has been a long year and a half getting here.
I am conditioning right now. Swimming, treading water, 2 mile walks, just beginning BW workouts.

I am recording progression of healing in my body, recovery time from Bodywork and exercise I perform....
Nutrobal has the ability to aid in the suppression of muscle wasting I believe. This will help greatly since I need to shed atleast 60ls or more.
My goal is to be able to get strong, lift again and gain some muscle back.
I am looking at The Triple Stack from Sarms1 also.

Started Nutrobal 9 days ago. Interesting changes taking place.

First 4 days were rough. Dosage was 25mg a day, morn and early afternoon, 12 1/2 mg each dose.
fatigued and moody. Dragging.
Some bloating but wondering if this corresponds to the increase in my appetite. I destroyed 5lbs of Salmon in a few days. It felt good to eat like that and it strengthened me.
I ate too many rice cakes one day however. Its ok. Just listening to my body and what it wants within the biological changes happening.
I expect a shift in Hgh levels in my age group would require some adjustment time considering at age 63 levels are low and have been for awhile. Hgh affects many biological functions.

Day 5
Changed dosing to 25mg first thing in the morning. Intense and uncomfortable, again dragging in the morning but picked up in the afternoon.
I begin to notice subtle changes in well being. All my challenges are still there but I am recovering just a little faster. I also had a time when I really needed to move my body and had a really good workout time.
I would categorize this as a small breakthrough in being able to push through a little more with out my injury caving in. I am better able to stay strong. Very subtle but there.

Day 7
Skipped 2nd dose tonite. feeling some anxiety and it could just be life but it is magnified. Took 12 1/2 nite eyes puffy. still some water in morning but felt better. I will do that again tonite and up it slowly.
I did not sleep well. I do drink coffee so I am removing it from my diet to see how much it may be interacting with the Nutrobal Mk-677

So still feel a little tweaked emotionally but I have a lot going on too so it may be milder than I think. just a good appetite and I am craving cleaner food. Reading Evolution Diet. Yes. I know this type of eating. I have done something similar in the past and never felt that good since. I have adapted it for myself adding fermented foods.
working on healing my Gut/Brain, again trashed by extremes.
I caved in and had to do Ibuprofen for 2 days. Iced and worked on myself. I thought I was going to have to take a couple weeks off.
My body recovered!!! I babied it but it recovered and this new sense of strength I feel growing already is very comforting.
I'm thinking "Tuwanda". kidding................. not yet.
kind of delicate but doing the stairs multiple times no hands! I swear my legs asked me to do squats. Could not swim this week. It was my support but I am fine. Still challenged but stronger.
Confirmations.

Day 9

So far stronger.
Noticeable change in recovery from work and exercise.
More consistent ability to maintain proper diaphragm position and right leg and hip more stable
Greater physical well being, a deep subtle sense of returning strength. Awesome!

Good result .
I expect more sputtering around of my system as it adapts.
I am encouraged.
Each days work gets me closer to my goal .... *Kaizen Way
Motivated to tighten eating up a little more.

Wondering if anyone else has experienced the water retention?
Has anyone had to adjust dosage up and down to get used to it?

That is one great log - keep it going! It is really nice to see how our fellow members progress! Regarding the water retention, just like with HGH, nutrobal can cause some water retention, but it will subside after a couple of weeks of use, so you need not worry.

Taking split doses of Nutrobal MK-677again yesterday and today. Feels like Im processing the Nutrobal more easily without extreme dips in energy.
My skin is changing.
I am responding well to increased protein and food.
Seriously, I slept 11 hours last night. Hard. AWESOME!
I had given up on that kind of sleep. I am really going to work this big plus. A big antiager, lots of sleep! My recovery should improve even more. Very excited.

This week I am going to put myself into Ketosis.

Wondering if any of the Leaders here do phone consulting?

Great appetite. I notice hunger in the evenings. Just took a deep breath and closed the fridge door. Ha!!

Today took half dose 12 1/2 mg at 6am. Felt normal so took the next dose at 9am. Still no mood swing, fatigue or bloating.
With all this eating my metabolism is starting to rev up.
My weight is up a few lbs but probably due to food intake. Not worrried. Scale is just a tool. I look smaller.
I can see subtle changes.

Primary focus right now is healing of physical injury and fatloss.

14 days on Nutrobal and my recovery time from working or conditioning is noticeably faster. Swimming laps, walking, some BW exercise.
I am a Bodyworker. It is heavy work. Recovering WAY better although workload is still low. Going to keep it that way for awhile.

Rotation in ribcage more stable and free moving. R Serratus, Obliques and diaphragm all holding strong.
weakness in mid thoracic extensors and right hip and leg still resolving but 25% improved.
Less compensation in occipitals and Levator in neck due to new stability in diaphragm and hip.

I am healing much much faster.
Feel perfectly fine today on Nutrobal.
Will test in a couple months Hgh levels and other hormones.

Moving into getting diet tight and on point over the next few weeks. Ketosis.
Bringing in some core strengthening. very light.
Staying on Nutrobal.


No pain today at all. Feeling great gratitude and joy at these little victories.

I was told by a dr. and other professionl I would not be able to train
with weights. They also told me that 2 compressed discs was old age and thsts the way it is.
????????
I said " well 6 years ago I had a perfect neck. If my work pulled it out than why cant I pull it back into place and rehydrate discs"?
They couldnt answer.
I have a traction unit and I reorganize muscle confusion. we shall see what I can do.

I expect this transformation will take a few years. Im committed.

Keep grinding brother. I am following along your log.

Dont EVER let someone tell you that you can't do something. You can do anything you set your mind to.
 
DIET
First 2 weeks--Monday-Saturday
Calories: 208 x 12 = 2496 - 10 % = 2246 Calories
Fats/Protein/Carbs-- 65/35/5
87g/185g/15g

Working out the particulars as far as food goes. Low tolerance for eggs. Will be substituting meat, fish primarily. I have "chicken breast, egg and broccoli trauma" left over from the early days.

Conditioning:
Swimming. 2x a week Found a couple brine pools. Not as much Chlorine. Water is great for rehab. Soaking in chlorine creeps me out however. Will use it until I don't have to anymore.
Walking: Doing 2 miles 3x a week.
Stationary bike

Have begun to do lunges, multiple directions, with very light weight, calf raises, dumbell over head press, very light flys etc.
Feeling into different moves to jog my neurological muscle memory and build new neural connections. Creating new memories for the body.
Looking into how I am going to train when the time comes

Feeling so much stronger since I started Nutrobal MK-677.
Injury is talking to me today. Its still there. but there is still new strength and right diaphragm and hip are stable. Feels great.

I listened to podcast 103. Dave palumbo. Interesting and intelligent guy. Mature. Great interview and the talk on nutrition was timely.

Reading around different Forums
In anyones research here have they ever experienced the diminished effects of Nutrobal over time?. And if not could it be that Nutrobal remains effective but the subject adapted?
It was stacked with S4 and Lgd and a couple other supps.


I also notice there is a lot of talk of the lack of genuine Peptides etc on the market. Sarms1 the real deal here right?
Wondered if anyone had access to long term testing anyone has done. Curiousity.

I am using a Beef Bone Broth Protein. Non Gmo, Grassfed, Raw Organic Cacao, clean sweetener. I cannot do Whey.

I read one of the moderators saying you shouldn't do Protein without an oil. Even your protein drinks?

nutrobal you can use it year round man, it is safe to use long term and is not hormonal!!

glad you enjoyed the dave palumbo interview, it was fascinating to hear his diet approach. personally it doesn't work for me but it could work for others. wait till you hear the next podcast that is yet to be published, i won't say who we had on because trevor will shoot me but you will be shocked.

also what do you mean by protein without an oil? you talking about adding fats to protein meals?
 
Yes, I mean adding fat to Protein. Thankyou. Wondering if that includes adding it to Protein shake.

And yes I can see this could be a difficult way to eat for some. For me the stabilizing effect of the high fat on insulin and blood sugar is paramount in keeping appetite under control. I feel good on it. Riding out the shift can be rough but your body does become a fat burner. It takes me several days to get past the Carb craving but I find its more psychological than physical. I have never used it while training however and at the level of training many of you do it is probably more difficult. Also all metabolisms are not the same. There is extensive research done by Jack Kruse on this way of eating. Epi-PaleoRx is the name of his book. Interesting and his site is very technical.

Administered 25mg Nutrobal-MK-699, full dose yesterday and today in the morning. Adjusting well. I am curious whether the raising of Hgh in the body is going to push other hormone levels around also. I guess I'll see when I do bloodwork again.
Anyone experience Hormonal changes besides Hgh upregulation?

Nutrobal does not loose it's effectiveness over time.

HGH/nutrobal is COMPLETELY different then steroids. Using steroids for long periods of time will loose their effectiveness because your body will start to reduce androgen receptor sensitivity as a defence mechanism.

HGH does not act on androgen receptors so the same problem does not happen.

I always use sarms1 and have for years. I have never had any issues with their products.

If you cant use whey because it is dairy then beef protein is fine. For people who can have both I always recommend whey because it is cheaper but still a complete protein. No need to put oil in a shake ever.

The Plan

I am planning on using Nutrobal another 14 days on its own. This will give some more time to witness any further changes and to also get past the shift phase of diet and tighten it down..
I am reading over and over what the Triple stack is supposed to do. My sense of it is that even though I am still healing and rehabbing, a light program of some kind should be in place.
It will give me proprioceptive work and muscle connection and work on form. Holding form on the right particularly. Balance.
I will continue swimming and walking/bike. Functional training is going to have to be a part of my routine especially right now.
There is a lot I cant do still but a lot I can. We will see how it goes.

Taking the first week off from seeing clients so I can observe and respond.
I will continue Nutrobal as well.


Should a female do HCGenerate also during this cycle?

On HRT, ie Estrogen/Progesterone to balance out very high Testosterone but wishes to maintain its levels. Or does Triple Stack not effect other Hormones directly?

Do I need to run a PCT if on Nutrobal still?

Not clear if PCT is necessary for this Triple Stack with Nutrobal.

Haven't made all the connections yet.
I have a lot of questions.
This is exciting research on many levels.
 
For the Nutrobal as such you do not need a PCT. However, for the other SARMS you may need a mild PCT consisting only of a good natural testosterone booster. Yet, many guys get recovered with no PCT at all after, so it is not an absolute necessity.
 
If you run the Triple Stack then HCGenerate would be a good PCT. You can certainly run HCGenerate anytime as a female though. You would get a nice boost in libido with the increased natural test levels. As for just Nutrobal, you do not need anything as far as a PCT.
 
Nutrobal is an HGH analogue. It does not effect testosterone production in any way so no PCT is needed.

The triple stack is cardarine + s4 + ostarine.

Although cardarine is marketed as a SARM, it actually is a PPAR up regulator and non-hormonal. No PCT is required after using cardarine.

SARMS such as S4 and ostarine are only minimally suppressive of natural testosterone production so all that is needed as a mini PCT after a cycle of SARMS is a good natural testosterone booster like HCGenerate ES from n2bm.com.
 
ok thanks you guys. I am odering Triple Stack and another Nutrabol tomorrow from Sarms1. A couple other things I might use too. I want it all here as I need it.

Should I use the HCGenerate during my cycle also or just after?
I have naturally high test level and would like to keep it that way. Very juicy hormone.

Would adding N2Slin and Yohimflame be advised? I am after considerable fatloss.
I expect some loose skin because of my age and carrying this weight around for so long. Wondering if anyone has ideas about products for skin tightening?

I have done this before. No carbs first week but adding 5 grams per week after acheiving Ketosis. Using Keto stix.. I got up to 50 carbs a day of very clean carbs and was still turning stix purple, still burning fat. For this run I will stick to protocol laid out here.
Another great recovery from working and conditioning today.

I know Im talking a lot but I am investing in and preparing to succeed.

1. It is not a necessity to take HCGenerate with your SARMS, but it would be very beneficial.

2. You can definitely use N2Slin and Yohimflame - if you are after a recomp they will definitely be very useful.

3. For skin tightening and recovery you can use Coconut Oil - just apply it on the skin, and it will help it get recovered and be healthier.
 
1. If you can afford it, the best way to use HCGenerate is to run HCGenerate throughout your SARMS cycle at 5 capsules/day and then use HCGenerate ES as a mini PCT after your SARMS cycle. If you can't afford that - just use HCGenerate ES as a mini PCT.

It basically works like this -

No one will question that carbs are anabolic. The problem with carbs is they are anabolic to BOTH muscle and fat cells.

What N2slin does is increases muscle insulin sensitivity. This helps partition the food you eat into muscle cells and away from fat cells.

The best way to use n2slin is to take 2 tablets 30-45 minutes before meals.
 
Thanks so much for all the input! I did read up on both products. Interesting products and can't wait to try. I think I will begin them now so I can measure results more clearly.

I will run the HCGenerate through the cycle and HCGenerateES for PCT. Depending on how it goes I will run an 8 week cycle. Not sparing any expense on anything with this one.
I want to do well.
I will be bathing my entire body in Yohimflame. Ha! Just kidding. .... but I did get the buy 2 get 1. Very curious about it.
I have made many hard changes in the last 2 years. Mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Now, I choose not to get old wishing I had given my all to be the best version of myself I can create. All the time. In all areas.


Full dose Nutrobal 25mg this morning. Energy and stamina is improved and body feels like its settling in. My ability to recover from just about everything is still improving.
My very cleaned up and improved diet is also giving me new strength and endurance.

But I did experience great hunger for several days. Ate too much. It has leveled out. Reasserting resolve.
Not eating on time exacerbates the hunger surge in the evening.
Eating on time. Its coming back to me.
Preparing mentally and physically to possibly be able to move a little harder and to be able to recover even faster as I research the Triple Stack.

I have heard it mentioned that it is best to split dose AND that it doesn't matter. Can someone clarify?

the increasing stability below and in diaphragm is allowing me to identify more clearly what the pattern is in my shoulder.
Recovery has definitely picked up momentum.

Thanks for the encouragement Feeling my way back into the lifestyle. There is a stabilizing effect emotionally and mentally in the structure and discipline .
I find It can be isolating too I remember. These boards are good.

So after examining packages at Sarms1, I think I will be ordering each chemical separately. Big savings on bulk.

25 mg Nutrobal at 6am yesterday and today. I am on a roll with it.
Having hot flashes and some moments of weakness but the gains in strength and ability to recover are holding
Reading and rereading dosing and other research.


Eating earlier is helping me keep on time with meals. Stumbling around with the food. I am impatient over this.
My work is so physical I am having trouble tolerating the weakness and brain fog. Tweaking my schedule and rest times.
I want to be through it and comfortable before I start research on Triple Stack.

I fell down hard. It scared the crap out of me. I have never felt broken like that.
I am measuring more than my food here.

I am trying to learn here how to lay a foundation to even start from.

Some people prefer to dose all in the AM to get the increase in appetite or just because they wake up hungry at night.

Some people prefer to dose all in the PM because when they take in the AM they feel lethargic.

Some people just prefer to split the dose.

In the end it is what works best for you!

I am noticing less energy during the day. "Stronger but "laid back".
I started drinking more coffee in the morning as a result. I think that's what's driving the hot flashes. On HRT so those are balanced.
Have you had any females report this also on Nutrobal?
Also swollen eyes in the morning. It settles out as the day progress's but never goes away completely.
I haven't seen this reported anywhere.

I worked on 2 of my toughest clients yesterday. Big guys. I don't normally do that. 2 hour sessions.
I also swam and walked 2 miles hard.
I was feelin it. Injury was talking to me. I was tired and worried.
I am fine this morning! Recovered completely. Very, very happy. Gratitude.

I'm beginning to see that as I catch up on some of the posts, articles, and podcast.

x2 on this. I haven't seen someone put so much time and effort into a log before. @Jill reminds me a lot of myself.

I am in California. We are coming out of a drought so who knows whats flyin around right now. Just tracking everything. Gonna start eliminating things externally to see.

I am considering all the little discomforts experienced from the research and all of the felt benefits.
If you cycle again and again do you continue to feel the same discomforts each cycle or does it change? I observe a much better tolerance and ease in it and strength, endurance and recovery are better but what is the
lethargy about do you think?

Haha! Now you are getting into the WHY behind what we do. And aren't we all looking for a star? Its a big subject. The trick of it is to learn that the Star is actually internal not external.

I have to take a moment here to tell you that I did the Empowered Woman Course with him. I had an eating disorder and a wrecked metabolism. While I still had a lot left to overcome by the time I finished, the change in my thinking was deep. My whole attitude toward all of this is that it is more about the internal journey of growth and health and service. It is creative and for many a great entry point into setting themselves apart in some way and connecting with themselves. What I learned was to differentiate between doing it for the last reasons or to fill some insecurity or for acceptance and love. Approval etc.

Exactly 3 weeks researching Nutrobal and I have to say that I am pretty amazed at the level of restored strength, endurance, and recovery time from work/conditioning that has occurred in such a short time. Still have quite a ways to go but wow!
When injury first happened I did take Prednisone and Tramadol for a month then off Prednisone and on Tramadol for 3 mos. Heavy duty drugs. I felt no pain and I actually made the injury worse. Prednisone is amazing in its ability to mask. When I came off both I caved in and was literally on the floor for weeks. I understand why that is not good for anything but emergency use.
With the Nutrobal I can still feel my body and so can take care to support proper healing while it does its work..
Skin is showing subtle changes. Sleep is uninterrupted except if I drink too much in the evening.
Right leg, hip and diaphragm are so much stronger. I am in both legs again. Foundation is being established. I can hold diaphragm up purposefully and all spasming in right mid extensors and ribcage/serratus/subscap has stopped when I get tired or stretch.

Hi Jill, referring to the comment about Homeostasis made later on and it's connection... yeah. In other threads members have started a cycle, started training harder and eating more to grow but ignore all this to say X or Y is causing lethargy lol. There will be a period of adaption to the increased food, drugs and training because they quite simply aren't used to it. It's not just Homeostasis and the need for the body to want to stay as is but just the sheer extra load.

I compete and in the past have deliberately over-trained in the last few days. To say I'm dragging my arse at the end... oh yeah. But, as per a few threads by way of example, to blame it on creatine - oh my lol.

Hey Mobster, I am no way in your league but I understand the importance of biofeedback and being able to read it. When you ask the body to make so many changes and you use different means to nudge it, I think there is a kind of crucible to navigate through. I have found the need for a hypervigilance in it tracking everything. So glad you guys are here.

So instead of two which I was doing and not always eating soon enough afterward, I took 3 before dinner. I ate a great meal with some carb 30 min later exactly. Shortly after I got such an energy rush. I felt it. I was laughing out loud!
It works. I'm doing 3 in the morning to try it again. When I first took it I thought oh yeah ITS giving me a lift here but its the nutrient partitioning that is supplying the kick right? Nutrients into the muscles instead of fat cells.
Timing is important I think. Is that right?
And I ate a half cup of cooked br rice.. I wonder if doing that made a difference also? I have been eating mostly protein and fat. My body is kind of rolling with that now so I am adding carb slowly.
As long as I keep my Protein and Fat up I can add some carb and still not get reactive.
I am going to use this to my advantage. More experimenting.

Now Yohimflame. Hm?

There is a reason we say here that N2Slin works - it is because it actually works, and does so very well! No wonder everyone who tried it, likes N2Slin.

Yohimflame is great too, and it gives awesome results. I was a bit sceptical about it in the beginning, but then I have seen the results it has given to my wife, and oh boy! So you will definitely enjoy it!

Yohiflame is best used when you are lean and trying to get that last bit of stubborn fat that holds on for dear life off. If you are over 12% body fat, wait until you get down until 10-12% to use the yohiflame.

Yohiflame is an awesome product. Most men struggle with stubborn body fat in their love handles and lower abs. Yohiflame will help liberate fatty acids in those area. Apply it before training/cardio.

I don't see myself as 'that special' (although occasionally the ego peeks out lol). Just determined, informed and focussed. On that you ARE in 'my league' as it were as this log proves. I've coached a bunch of people over the years, both in person and via tips etc online. Those that control the variables, train hard and keep logs do better than those that don't. Overcoming what the body is happy at is a hard thing and requires all of the above. But I see progress here so keep at it!

I have no idea what my bodyfat is but I am in no ways lean. I will put this aside then for now but have an idea of how I might still use it. I will run it by you guys later. I am experimenting.

I am foundation building right now I need to drop a lot of fat first, condition and work myself up to the weights. 6 years ago I went into the gym unconditioned and did not get very good results. It actually made me weaker functionally. I looked better but I was weak.

My research right now is all about laying a firm foundation and gently convincing my body to let go of its fat stores. Once that is done I know I will take off from there.. Aging changes you but I have always been strong as hell and I plan on going out that way.

Thankyou for the kind words and encouragement. Means a lot. I have come a long way already just getting here.
We shall see what I can produce over time. I am long hauling this one and doing a lot of experimenting. Good point about controlling variables and tracking and working hard.
Races are won by fractions of seconds. The smallest variables can make a big difference.
I am doing other research in the Neurology and biology of getting the body to change. The body is amazing.
I am so enjoying this.

3 N2Slin 30 min before breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Did not get the exact same rush but the off and on lethargy I have been experiencing was completely gone.
Stable energy all day and again feeling strong. Awesome. I am trying to understand it. Nutrient partitioner. My body got something today it needed I think.

Split dose of Nutrobal morn and afternoon. No lethargy.
Interesting result. I am going to do the same tomorrow with N2Slin and we shall see.
Swam laps 30 min and walked 2 miles. Swimming still challenging because of the rotation in ribcage required but able to push through more.
Walking was NOTHING ! I could have kept going easily.

Today has been the first day in 5 years that I have no pain even after doing 2 clients and conditioning.
My energy and alertness is still holding this evening. Injury is tired but holding itself up and no pain.

I'm in tears over here.

Yesterday I had a quality energy flow going all day. Did everything harder and no lethargy. I had a hard time getting to sleep however. Energy. Not jitters.
Today again no lethargy with same doses and stable energy all day. Not as good as yesterday but I did not sleep either.
Soreness in my body from pushing harder yesterday. glutes, hams and abdomen are engaging properly.

I have been doing maintenance calories the last 3!/2 weeks to let my body adapt to the higher quality diet and nutrients and to work into the structure..
Next week I will drop 100 calories and see how my body responds. Metabolic damage is tricky. I am much better but if my body even suspects any sudden diet restriction it could wind itself way down.
I have added 1/3 cup rice to breakfast and lunch. I notice mild water retention but that will settle.
All is well.

Nutrobal split dose am/pm. We are really comfy with each other now.
I took 3 N2Slin at breakfast and lowered to 2 with lunch/dinner. Lethargy still gone. We'll see how I sleep.
Part of it might be that I feel stronger and I'm excited. I want to do everything. Right now. Budha would not approve.

Good move adding the rice at breakfast and lunch the last few days.
I am really hungry tonite. Metabolism is starting to rev. I might keep calories where they are for another week to keep the rev going.
I see and feel a change.
My body let go of some water.

I have pain in the ribcage again but I have been pushing harder in my work and conditioning and just general activity.
Paying attention. This is just the next level to work through. Hip, leg, diaphragm and shoulder are holding.

With diet in place, metabolism humming, rolling with the Nutrobal and N2Slin I will be ready in a week to begin research on Triple stack.
In 6 mos my goal is to be trimmed down and conditioned enough to begin to work into weights.

I have heard that over fifty you should not squat and or deadlift because of the joint strain. I understand it but it might be more individual than that. I need to look into it further.
The squat is killer.

Working with Rectus Abdominus. Vacuuming down low. Plank. It felt good. I might pay a little.

sister...you will heal...sarms are literally made for women...like the perfect product...steroid-like positives without the steroid side effects...my girl is on sarms for 5+ years already....

Demarcation showing from just under breasts down below belly button between REC ABD and Transversus ABD,
Recomp is happening. All over. I will wait to weigh for awhile. Staying away from all psychological triggers.

I know I said I wouldn't weigh but I did. When I started just about 5 weeks ago my weight went up 6lbs from massive appetite and extra good food. I lost all that plus 8lbs.
I will count it as 8lbs which is really good. It always takes me a few weeks to get the diet down so that is excellent results.
N2Slin is my new BFF.

Yes I am insulin resistant also and since the addition I have noticed a steady energy and stable blood sugar. As with anything here the disciplines must be in place. Food, Sleep, Train. .. and for me timing has to be tight.
I cannot wait to start training again. Still swimming and walking.
I am so much stronger everyone is asking me what the hell Ive been doing. I had someone tell me I look taller! Ha! But its because my right hip and diaphragm are functioning again as they should. Still not completely healed but ribcage is up and Traps and Lats are engaging. Body comp is changing. Weight is dropping. I have a ways to go but I am very encouraged.

I expect this whole project to take me another 11 mos. to achieve the recomp I want. I hope to begin light training by Christmas. I will be very interested to see just what I can create. I can imagine a lot.
I decided when I started this that I would not allow myself to set up any concrete limitations on what I can and cannot do. There is hard evidence that how you think can and does cause gene expression to change and you can do it on purpose. This is not the place to get into Quantum Mechanics but I choose to create what I want and I do not buy into the collective expectations of someone my age.
Anyway, I plan on a glorious resurrection, looking damn good and putting a few men on their knees! Haha! Yes I do. For research of course.

My question today is, with MK677 it says it raises Hgh levels. I am wondering if anyone has done bloodwork while researching it alone.
Originally it was recommended I take GHRP 2 and 6 for this purpose by my Osteopath. Is it necessary if I am researching MK677?

In Sarms form, does Osterine still act the same way as Bicalutamid?
How is it changed if not?

After much consideration I have decided I need to take the rest of my journey into a more private venue. I do expect my transformation to take me some time.
I did a challenge once before on a big board for 14 mos and got over 55,000 hits. Lots of attention. You guys get it. Ha!

Completely different things.

It's kind of like this -

HGH is derived from recombinant bacteria. Does HGH act the same way as bacteria in the body? Of course not.

This is all just part of the journey I am on. I am learning about so much more than I expected. This injury has been a very great teacher and has led me into new avenues of personal growth and development. Even my work has become more powerful. I had never been injured or felt weak in my entire life. I not only understand my clients so much better but I have developed a system of working on myself that has translated into a change in how I work. All notice it.
This injury led me here also and back into remembering the lifestyle, what I want and who I want to be. Weak is not it.
I will not waste this new fire.

Still researching Nutrobal. 25mg a day. Split dose but the adaptation is running so smoothly I can administer it anytime I want without a bump. I still get tired and have some aching but my whole right side is working again. Truly. 5 weeks.
I had a very hard last week. The mind is powerful. As I lost my certainty my mindset weakened and I felt it in my body. Another synchronicity and lesson. I am paying attention.

I start Triple stack next week
Have more support in place
Protein and supps
Freezer full of salmon and grassfed beef
Restored resolve
Im good to go

Jill was worried about possible side effects to SARMS. I spoke to her about what the literature says and put her mind at ease. In my personal opinion, SARMS are perfectly safe.

Getting back on track.... mentally more than anything. Takes me time.
Going to join my fav gym tomorrow. Its been taken over by Crossfit I drove by and thought I saw the squat rack and free weights still there. Lots of machines.
Started practicing squatting. My calves are way too tight pushing me out of form. Used a Fascia Blaster last night to grind out my legs. . Bruised this morning but looser.
I said I was going to just condition for a few months but my instinct is telling me to start working legs and I can use baby weights right now for upper body. Everything will remain very light for awhile.
Still having bouts of pain in right diaphragm but it does not collapse anymore. Im healing.
The pattern governing the injury has become more clear to me now that I am out of crises. It is in the deep line.

Nutrobal still doing its work. No more lethargy or hunger or energy swings ... just an easy hum and more strength.

Joined the gym. It is packed with machines now! Squat rack, Smith and a row of DBs all pushed against a wall in the corner. You can still use them but its weird.
I used the treadmill. They are top of the line, enormous and kind of cool.
Spent time trying out equipment. I feel awkward but once I work out a routine and weight I can do I'll be good. Get in, work and get out.

Went into the gym again yesterday and did a very light whole body routine just to feel into it and get a sense of where I am at. I feel stiff but it went well. I am starting off very slow. My sense of it is that I will pick up steam quickly. I tend toward obsession when I do something so my Mantra is "calm, quiet, focused energy while I work. I am finding you can still be very intense and calm at the same time. Too bad I had to be put on the floor for months to learn it. Ha!

I will post my work out as soon as I have it structured.
Very excited to see what changes I can create in 12 weeks with the help of Triple Stack and Nutrobal.
It may seem like I am taking my time starting but I have cleared out my work schedule to a very light load so as not to overtax myself. Taking no new clients and spread out the rest.
Took me a few weeks to get past lethargy and the up and down with Nutrobal. Stick it out and play with dose a little and you will settle into it. Making room to take care of myself when I start the Stack. I do not intend to stop it for any reason.
Keeping my calories at 2300 for a couple weeks to see if fatloss speeds up when I begin.
I have metabolic damage. I cannot let my body think it is going into starve mode or it will completely stall and it takes weeks of lots of calories for it to trust me again.

The N2Slin is helping a lot. I know its not supposed to be a stimulant but when I started using it it really helped with any lethargy and I really felt good. Some energy spikes now and then too after I take it. wait 30 min . eat. sometimes I get a rush after I eat. Its great.

Don't worry - it will take a bit of time to get used to training and a new training environment, but things will go better. Just don't stop! Will follow along with your progress!
