Operation Summer Body is getting kicked off at a suspiciously convenient time - just enough runway to peak right as tank top season demands it. Clocked a heroic 9 hours of sleep last night, which resulted in me not feeling like reanimated corpse today. Energy levels still leave something to be desired, but we have moved past the "barely functional" phase. Appetite is improving as well.

I bailed on the last 4 hours of my shift today to double down on the whole "sleep fixes everything" strategy. At this rate there is a decent chance I will be back under the weights by Thursday, assuming my body continues cooperating.

Final component of bloodwork came back with slightly elevated E2 - nothing dramatic, just enough to remind me it exists. Decided to start pinning the EQ to get ahead of it and bring some AI benefits into the mix. Sustanon will wait until I'm actually back in the gym being productive.

I like your macros, how many calories are you getting with that??

Right now I am aiming for 2500 on workout days - I am doing everything I can to hold onto this leanness for the summer! I am keeping my size, and haven't notice any negatives with this calorie level. Once it gets nicer here, I do allot of road biking for cardio - so I will be able to up my calories more in a few weeks!

Yeah sometimes these colds can linger and turn into infections in the chest and sinuses, so it gets really annoying. Maybe try the neti pot; that will help cleanse things out. Also fasting for a couple of days goes a long way. This way you're not feeding the bacteria. @catdadironman
