I take n2guard and n2joint rx both have a lot of vitamins and minerals. I don't take vitamin D separate these days because of n2guard.

You definitely want to get it though the sun if possible. Not sure the oral version is very effective.

They used to think that since Vitamin D is fat soluable it can be toxic in high dose. We know now that most people are deficient in it. ANy good multi, or N2GUARD will suffice to keep you covered.
