Wasting money on a multi

Would it be a wise choice to waste money on a multivitamin if I am doing a typical diet of brown rice, chicken, and broccoli
I would assume following that diet I would be getting enough vitamins and minerals or I am wrong?

You should get some n2guard, it's the best multi I've used in a long time.

To not require a multi, you would need a lot more than that diet. There are so many vitamins and minerals your body needs to function at an optimal state. I recommend 3D Multi or N2Guard from n2bm.com

These days I support n2guard as a multi.

You're wrong. If that's ALL you're eating then you're not getting enough variety to be able to say you're getting everything

You don't get enough vitamins and minerals from regular food, supplements are needed, N2Guard is all you need if you looking for multivitamins

Agreed. Even the US Gov agrees that food has less nutritional value than 30 years ago and that's before processing

With just eating what you say I would definitely supplement a multi. Check out the one from n2bm.

You need to address any deficiencies in your system before growing big muscles.

My brand produces two multivitamin products for Bodybuilders.

Use N2Guard during cycle:

Use 3D-Multi when you are OFF cycle:
