Why is it recommended that a beginner use a test only cycle to start off? What are the reasons they cant jump into more compounds ?

Would you buy a 200k sports car for your first car?

No of course not. You would buy something cheap, learn how to drive and then buy a nicer car.

Same principle. Start with a simple and basic cycle and slowly get more aggressive with your cycles as you become more advanced.

500mg of test is both androgenic and anabolic. it can be ran alone and you will get both affects

the myth that it is 'safe' or 'wont cause side effects' is absurd though. you can end up with bitch tits off test easily, or strain your heart.

so take it serious

let me ask you something... would it not make sense to find out how you react to one steroid first? how do you know how your body responds to what if you are jumping on a bunch of shit your first time through?? does that sound wise to you? or would it not make more sense to take one steroid, testosterone, which ALL steroids are derived from, and see how you respond to that first?

Why is is recommended

Ive heard and read that Semiflex is the way to go for Boden setups, which is fine by me, but Im curious as to what the difference is that makes Ninjaflex generally not recommended. Thanks

fijilife - my advice, which isn't really worth shit around here compared to these guys that have already given you great advice. But for me, I did actual Dr. prescribed TRT for an entire year first. During that year, all I did was research and read everything I could get my hands on about both TRT and Steroids in general. Then I did my first cycle of shit that I was able to get my hands on. It was basically a blast and cruise of an 8 week cycle just to see how adding the different compounds felt for me. I was using Deca, Sustanon, and Proviron, in addition to my TRT dose of 200mg Cyp a week. I was subscribing to the less is more philosophy and kept everything totally at lower doses. I also had Arimidex that was mixed in with the test and now I'm on a PCT. I'm 43 years old, kept a close eye on my blood work (got 2 additional tests done outside of what my doctor knows). Because I'm on TRT, I have to time my cycles perfectly so it doesn't show up on the next blood test. I LOVE how this last cycle made me feel and what it did to my body. During that time (and now too) I was working out like a mad man to include a great bit of cardio as well and my diet was on-pointish. LOL. Tons of water. I'm going to start my second cycle and go for 12 weeks in August/September. This time around, I'm planning on being totally on-point with my diet, only water for fluids, keep the workouts as is but change the compounds a bit. I am about to throw those compounds out to the group and get some advice on what they would do with what I have now and just gauge their thought process. Stay tuned. :)

Is it me or am I not understanding a word this guy is talking about?

maan cuz u gotta see how it works on ur body in common, if ur getting any side effects and then if everything goes well u can jump on more

you can definatly combine more then one compound for your first cycle if you know what you're doing i'd even advice to stack something up a bit

As others have said start simple. You may get the results you want on just Test. Plus you have no idea the side effects you will get from different compounds then you have to slowly remove each one with no idea what caused the issue.

More is not always better. When you started training im sure you didnt begin by entering the worlds strongest man competition so I wouldnt suggest the same for AAS.

Start slow, focus on training and diet, and go from there.
