I had removed my upper left and right wisdom tooth two days ago, I got stitches like one or two on each side I was wondering how much do I have to wait to go back to the gym and start lifting again thank you.

Your surgeon should have discharged you with instructions on rest time. I would say a week at least. Raising your blood pressure too high too soon could rupture the sutures and you'll have a painful bloody mess on your hands.

Wait until your dental surgeon gives you the green light. When you weight train, it increases blood pressure. You can very easily rip the stitches in your mouth if you start lifting weights before the stitches have set.

Trust me on this - If you rip the stitches in your mouth you will have to go for another dental surgery to get the stitches put back in place. That'll be a major pain in the butt and a huge cost expense on your end.

Definitely wait a bit - don't get that obsessed with training everyday and losing one or two training days. You will only benefit by having a bit of additional rest. Give it at least one week to get healed, and then get back to the gym.

hard to say because when i had mine removed it wasn't so huge of an issue and I didn't need stitches

if you push the envelope too fast and strain yourself you can end up with dry socket which won't be fun

i think you can workout soon just go very light

Like all the above posts.

You do need time for your Mouth to Heal.
The last thing you want, is to be in the Gym, sucking Blood, cause you didn't wait....................... JP
