Omnadren is a testosterone blend of 4 esters, which add up to 250 milligrams (mgs) total. The original Omnadren 250 was produced during the Cold War era by the Polish government. It contained: Testosterone Propionate 30mg, Testosterone Phenylpropionate 60mg, Testosterone Isocaproate 60mg, and Testosterone Hexanoate 100mgs. It was developed to be used for males with low testosterone deficiencies. Though, it was rumored Soviet scientists gave it to Olympic athletes. Today, it's still popular, especially in Eastern Europe. In fact, European bodybuilders are regularly using Omnadren as a testosterone base on cycles.

Omnadren vs. Sustanon
Both original Omnadren and Sustanon were similar in that they contained 4 testosterone esters, which adds up to 250mgs total, and both contained 3 out of 4 of the same esters. The difference in the original omnadren formula was the longest testosterone ester. With Omnadren, the longest test ester was Hexanoate, which has a 9 day half life, while Sustanon 250 4th ester is decanoate which has a 15 day half life.
Today, both compounds have the exact same esters, as omnadren swapped in decanoate as their 4th ester, to copy sustanon. The reason is likely to reduce the amount of injections per week, as decanoate (which is 100mgs of the 250mgs) half life is 15 days vs. 9 days in the old formula.
A note for users, the new omnadren formula uses the name testosterone caprinicum for testosterone decanoate because of the patent held by Organon on the decanoate name.
Omnadren was developed by the Polish company Polfa (while under the Soviet Union), to avoid patent and legal issues of Sustanon 250 during the Cold War. Omnadren was used for testosterone replacement therapy for males with hypogonadism (androgen deficiencies).
In 1994, Polfa changed its name to Jelfa, which continued to manufacture Omnadren. Today, it is still produced, and it's popular in Eastern Europe. The catch is, as mentioned above, the esters are now an exact copy of Sustanon 250 and the old preparations that contained testosterone hexanoate do not exist. As a result, you're basically buying sustanon with a different name.
How it Works
Omnadren is an injectable oil, just like most injectable testosterone, but it is a blend of 4 testosterone esters in the same ampule. When the user injects, the propionate ester (which is only 30mg) will be felt quickly, while the other 3 esters will pick up after one after the other. The longest ester, decanoate, which is 100mgs of the 250mgs, has a half life of 15 days. Therefore, the user gets a nice boost early, and the long ester will stay in the body longer, meaning less injections are needed. The idea is to not just have a short ester such as propionate or just a long ester such as decanoate, but to have a blend of long and short esters to give the user the best of both worlds.
Omnadren is used by bodybuilders to increase testosterone levels, as part of a testosterone base in cycles. This allows the user to benefit from greater muscle mass, strength, and stamina in the gym.
Testosterone is considered 'the base' of all cycles, right or wrong. As a result, a bodybuilder who uses omnadren will tend to run moderate doses of the compound along with 1, 2, or more other steroid compounds.
Athletes looking for increased performance will benefit from all the characteristics of testosterone while using omnadren.

Since omnadren aromatizes into estrogen, the user must watch out for estrogenic side effects, such as gynecomastia, water retention, high blood pressure, and insomnia. Therefore, it is crucial the user run an aromatase inhibitor, such as aromasin or arimidex.
Severe natural testosterone suppression is also a certainty, so a solid post cycle therapy (PCT) must be in place or the bodybuilder risks losing their hard earned gains and strength.
Other side effects like oily skin, acne, heart strain and liver problems are common as well. It is recommended a cycle-aid support supplement such as N2Guard be used.
For those with low testosterone issues, omnadren is used for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) to raise testosterone levels to normal ranges. This will aid in energy, sleep, libido, and mood. Generally, a male with testosterone levels below 300ng/dl is considered to have deficient testosterone levels. Normal ranges for male testosterone are 300-950ng/dl, so it is advantageous to use exogenous testosterone to get levels within that range. This will help you feel better and live a healthier live.
There is confusion with testosterone blends, such as Omnadren and Sustanon 250, because of the inclusion of propionate ester in the formula. It is important to remember that propionate is only 30mg out of 250mg (160mg of the formula are long esters with 9-15 day half lives), so the user should not inject omnadren as if it is propionate. Omnadren and Sustanon 250 were designed for TRT/HRT purposes and should be injected once a week, not every other day as many on steroid forums think.
Dosages will vary; for those on TRT, their physician will decide the dosage, but generally it will be around 250mg every 8 days to 2 weeks.
For athletes and bodybuilders, using as part of their steroid cycle, dosages will be on average 500mgs up to 1000mgs per week. Keep in mind, there are advanced users who report doing over 2000mgs Omnadren per week, but this is overkill.
This is an Omnadren only cycle, mainly for guys who are older and looking to build up their body and health with a good testosterone base.
