First time, need help please

Hello, I'm new to all this and was wondering what you guys would recommend I start with?

Stats:
Height: 6 even
Weight: 155 (skinny guy little muscle tone but can see six pack when flexed)
Age:20
And I'm around 12-15% body fat
I'm looking to pack on muscle and cut. I was told by a friend anavar would probably be what I'm looking for, but, they're an idiot so I don't trust them. Anything you can recommend I'd live to hear. I'm looking for a full cycle and whatever I need to take after to help with the side effects.

Okay so you're 6 feet tall, 155 pounds, and 12-15% bodyfat .. meaning you're super skinny fat ... if you haven't figured out how to naturally grow I don't know what to say to you .. let me be real here, you don't even know how to lift right, eat right, cardio right, sleep right .. etc ..
anavar will shut you down and you'll end up with sexual problems, mental problems etc .. don't believe me? search for it yourself .. and for a few weeks of anavar, what do you expect to get? a 1 or 2% decrease in bodyfat? and a bit more power? provided that it's not faked because it's the most faked out there ... it can be done naturally easily

you have a ton of room to grow and to lose fat in front of you .. why the heck consider anabolics? are you 200 pounds at 12-15%, being 6ft tall with years of training background?
if the answer is no, then consider what I'm saying

1- Fix the diet, 6 meals per day, 30 grams of protein per meal .. start with that .. add when needed .. clean diet .. chicken breast, steak, fish, tuna, rice, nuts, oats, rice ..
2- Fix the training, 5 days per week, chose a training program of your choice, don't chose a weird one, chose a mainstream one, like push pull legs for example ... adjust as needed
3- Fix the lifestyle, no drinking or very very rarely, better sleep, no drugs of course and no days off .. rest days are not days off .. they're the most important, you grow when you rest ..
4- Read and educate yourself, I spent 2 years reading, watching videos, researching, monitoring, asking .. before I even considered anabolics .. and I still made mistakes and I'm a still a beginner and I'm still learning from guys here on the site and elsewhere
5- Integrate cardio
6- ditch supplements, use creatine monohydrate after adhering to the lifestyle .. it will add 1 or 2 pounds and it will make you stronger .. forget about pre workouts .. use only black unsweetened coffee .. I drink black unsweetened coffee, eat some rice and drink 500mg of vitamin c preworkout .. maybe throw in a multi vitamin
7- remember you still have a ton of room to grow and you don't have to wait 10 years, you can grow now, without the drugs and maybe add them a few years later ..

All that it takes is consistency and discipline, it's not that difficult once you get used to it
 
You have a ton of room to grow naturally.

At age 20 and those stats you need to have a dialed in workout routine and diet in place.

Anavar honestly isnt going to do anything for you its usually used as a drying/cutting agent at the end of a cycle of steroids so if you used it (which i dont recommend) you arent going to see anything to be honest.
 
Come back in 5 yrs minimum seriously...eat like a pig and lift hard and fuck girls or guys or put a whig on and ill fuck you if thats what u like...

Anyone who is telling you to use steroids is a fool. Period.
All you need right now is a good diet combined with a good training program and time. And adequate amount of rest of course.

Focus mainly on big heavy compound movements and make sure there's some kind of progression occurring over time. Follow a diet that allows you to gain weight on a weekly basis but don't overshoot it if you are afraid of excess "stuff". I don't wanna use word fat because it's not gonna be all fat obviously.
And last but not least be consistent. This shit takes time. Rome wasn't built in a day and not a single physique on this planet Earth either. Or maybe one or two...?

Thanks. I've been in the gym doing PPL and following a high protein diet for little over a month now. I just signed up for Pro wrestling school so it was more so the thinking that I need to bulk quickly, but fuck it. You're right. I can 100% do it myself.

Yea honestly man you start taking steroids now and destroy your natural test production and you will be sticking yourself in the butt with a needle dosing test via TRT every week for the rest of your life and potentially not be able to have kids, other medical issues, etc.

It takes years and years to build the physique you want so just keep at it man and great decision.

Hey guys! I’m 40yrs old. 5’9”. 233 lb. I started working out 6 months ago now and lost 20lb. Regular weight lifting with some cardio. I’ve been cycling testalone and Ostarine 8 weeks with mini pct for 4 weeks. So far I’m way stronger and just feel better than I ever had in my life. Oh, I’m also eating way cleaner and better.
I joined this forum just educate myself some more. So far it hasn’t disappointed.

you are looking for the quick fix but there is no such thing

your stats aren't bad for a 20 year old.. i mean you aren't like obese or anything. you got a lot of room to grow from here, nothing but upside

get on a proper workout program this is #1. #2 is eat healthy whole foods, don't follow these diets you read online from gurus. just eat 3-4 times a day but eat healthy. kids your age eat a lot of fast food, so you need to avoid that as much as you can. learn to cook your own food and not eat processed junk

You are way to young to use steroids man. It's going to cause a lot of permanent side effects at your age. Terrible idea
