Hello, I'm new to all this and was wondering what you guys would recommend I start with?
Stats:
Height: 6 even
Weight: 155 (skinny guy little muscle tone but can see six pack when flexed)
Age:20
And I'm around 12-15% body fat
I'm looking to pack on muscle and cut. I was told by a friend anavar would probably be what I'm looking for, but, they're an idiot so I don't trust them. Anything you can recommend I'd live to hear. I'm looking for a full cycle and whatever I need to take after to help with the side effects.
Okay so you're 6 feet tall, 155 pounds, and 12-15% bodyfat .. meaning you're super skinny fat ... if you haven't figured out how to naturally grow I don't know what to say to you .. let me be real here, you don't even know how to lift right, eat right, cardio right, sleep right .. etc ..
anavar will shut you down and you'll end up with sexual problems, mental problems etc .. don't believe me? search for it yourself .. and for a few weeks of anavar, what do you expect to get? a 1 or 2% decrease in bodyfat? and a bit more power? provided that it's not faked because it's the most faked out there ... it can be done naturally easily
you have a ton of room to grow and to lose fat in front of you .. why the heck consider anabolics? are you 200 pounds at 12-15%, being 6ft tall with years of training background?
if the answer is no, then consider what I'm saying
1- Fix the diet, 6 meals per day, 30 grams of protein per meal .. start with that .. add when needed .. clean diet .. chicken breast, steak, fish, tuna, rice, nuts, oats, rice ..
2- Fix the training, 5 days per week, chose a training program of your choice, don't chose a weird one, chose a mainstream one, like push pull legs for example ... adjust as needed
3- Fix the lifestyle, no drinking or very very rarely, better sleep, no drugs of course and no days off .. rest days are not days off .. they're the most important, you grow when you rest ..
4- Read and educate yourself, I spent 2 years reading, watching videos, researching, monitoring, asking .. before I even considered anabolics .. and I still made mistakes and I'm a still a beginner and I'm still learning from guys here on the site and elsewhere
5- Integrate cardio
6- ditch supplements, use creatine monohydrate after adhering to the lifestyle .. it will add 1 or 2 pounds and it will make you stronger .. forget about pre workouts .. use only black unsweetened coffee .. I drink black unsweetened coffee, eat some rice and drink 500mg of vitamin c preworkout .. maybe throw in a multi vitamin
7- remember you still have a ton of room to grow and you don't have to wait 10 years, you can grow now, without the drugs and maybe add them a few years later ..
All that it takes is consistency and discipline, it's not that difficult once you get used to it
