Sorry for the simple question but I wanted to hear your opinions. I was cruising and now I'm going to do a 12 week cycle and need your tips. I'm 45 and 12% body fat.
Test is 500mg a week
var for first 6 weeks will be 60mgs a day.
should I add in Mast prop into the cycle at like 150mg EOD? or would that be overkill?
