Amps/Filter Needles

For those of you that use ampules, do you draw w a filter needle?

Im starting a cycle next week and my (Balkan) NPP is in amps. I've never used amps before and opinions as if you actually need to use filter needles are all over the place on line....

FYI - I draw w an 18 gauge.

Better to be safe than sorry , needles are cheap my friend.

i carefully pop the top of the amp and then use the drawing needle to suck up the oil then swap needles for a fresh one.

I mean im assuming you are using the entire amp or pre drawing into multiple syringes?

Either way you technically dont need a filter if you are sterial so wiping the entire amp with alcohol, use clean hands or gloves to snap amp neck then use a needle to draw then switch to dose like Steve mentioned.

Shouldnt have any issues but if super concerned you could use a filter ive used whatman filters for water based stuff before no idea if they work with oils.

just a regular 25G 1 inch needle, just twist the top off. i don't use filters man. there is no reason to be that paranoid if you are doing this in a clean place with clean hands. if you want to do it in the locker room in the gym after you just wiped your ass then yeah that is different lol

Nope. The contents should be just as clean as a vial. You'll see if they's anything in there and the tiniest bit of glass you can't see is not gonna kill you.

I mean I get it but why did you buy amps then? I never get amps just because I dont want to have to deal with them so if concerned just get NPP that is in vials.

watch videos online how to properly snap it off. i use a wet cloth after go in the right direction where the dot is.

You don't need to use filter needle with Balkan, just use regular 18G to draw and 23-25G to inject.

There is no glass in amps, get an amp cutter and score the amp before opening and you wont have issues.

There is no necessity to apply filtered needle, normal 18G to draw and inject with 25G

I do (know people who use them). The thinking is they're less likely to be faked.

I don't often use amps but when I have, I have never used a filter needle. No reason not too though if that is what will make you feel safe.

I use filter needles when drawing from amps but I get them for free so I figured why not use them.
