@fitnfast86 you look amazing in the pic , freak max
you can get back on stage bro :)

Cycle or Not alot of people still in the gym thinking on cycle produces fast results
Time + Dedication + Trial and Error = Results. Alot of people in the gym believe results happen like that it's alot of hard work and sacrifice.
Started training at 19 and now 38.

From 2005 to 2024 (2019 I had an accident lost everything and gained it back with extra) some pics are repost it's like anything you work hard for results happens you will bounce back however. I always try to tell people in the gym what is the best way get "big" consistency it's not a word many people don't like to hear.

Solid workout bro your pushing hard 💪

Those dreams sound good hopefully next time I jump on the Tren I get dreams like that sounds mad 💪😂

How you finding the DMAA preworkout brother? Would you say its making the total war a bit more total?

Watching movies and a nap sounds like a nice post workout 🦍💯

Love what your doing my bro keep PUSHING 💪

It's like the days of Jack3D or Mesomorph. Once out my system I crash and sleep. It creeps up on you it'll then boom. High focus and steady energy. I let my PT try. They didn't get a night's sleep not use to the DMAA.

Bro that's the best feedback! The whole reason behind the DMAA preworkout was to get the ratios of your favourite 30 serve preworkout as close to Jack3d as possible, so I'm glad it's doing it for you legend 💪

Haha yeah definitely don't recommend taking it close to bed especially if your not used to it 🤣 if ever in doubt start with half a scoop, more isn't always better... Especially in his case haha hopefully they he has a better sleep today

dreams are pretty common on a cycle like this

sounds like you got a lot of androgens in your body

nice job I like the videos

thanks for posting the pictures and videos very inspirational

pre-workouts are okay just don't get carried away with them

super sets are the way to grow

keep on the grinding man we love your updates

I've bad 12 surgeries on my legs, chest reconstruction but damn dentist sucked though I almost fell asleep. In Australia getting s8 painkillers is near impossible even when valid. I'll have to get tramadol because the pain sucked.

There is always a time under tension with all exercises as I've gotten older I haven't focused on how heavy the weight is feeling muscle activation.

Best way I look at it if go out and party or club. Yes it's healthy to go out and do hobbies I like doing i.e axe throwing . I've actually saved from doing any alcohol or any party drugs. I went through a phase where that's all I did. I find this more rewarding.

damn man I am definitely jealous of all the stuff you got
Saved up, not married (especially this day and age) I own my 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment no mortgages. Parents helped this was in 2005

I really wanted to as my trainer is away but last time I did pad work and still pulling my punches my jab got through and they had a bruised eye and nearly broke the orbital decided to be smart and safe.

The food I love food but once you've started PEDS it's changed alot and I eat more now than ever also I think due to my nerve damage due to my accident my body needs more now than ever I ever needed as I'm constantly start of repair think of it was I'm a electronic device that need 50kw of power the accident has caused it for me to need 70kw of power.
I know I've put on LBM but isn't it as you get older you need less

Abuse? Clarify Yes I do bike in the gym as at one stage I had cardìomyopathy and family history has disbetes. Not just LBM I'm training as my heart I do get ECG as post accident I had cardiomyopathy and now my heart is stable

amazing treadmill full awesome :)
Cardìomyopathy my heart grew back down to normal. I get CT and ECD. Heart is healthiest ever been. Every 6 months I get check-ups. Any cycles I do I do the bare minimum for and let my training and eating do the rest.

Never amoked.
If it's my birthday I'll have or two drinks.

My food maybe varied I try to use olive oil too cook my food.

I don't do any party drugs.

What does affect my heart is I'm in charge on investigating on If it's worth reimbursement as think of of it as heal insurance can't cllaim entite cost we do want we can.
